good song and good job but i think their dynamic level is a little on the loud side, and need to blend more the one alto stands out and that whole section at times over powers the other parts
i didn't feel any tranquility and/or solemnity on their performance. sayang lang ang piyesa pag ganyan pagkanta. Mr. M. Hogan would be disappointed if he hears such performance. work on balancing each section so that it may produce good overtones and please please please......follow the score's dynamics. that's all. ty
I agreee. Everytime I hear this song from our choir I start balling. On of my pets died during a musical we were doing. His name was hansel and he was in the show. He had some heart complications im told and jsut passed away. Well the choir had a funeral and sang this song as we buried him in the court yard. It has become a favorite song of mine. Thank you for posting this video.
It's just a tad too fast. The director needs to slow it down and emphasis needs to be placed a little more on texture and blend with a slower speed and expoundment on the chord quality of this piece. Needs some true basses also. Good job though.
My choir is singing this soon so I wanted to check it out. Good job. Altos should blend a little better but nice work.

Azita is Maggie singing Alto? Cause is she isn't that would be weird considering the fact that it sounds like her.

i agree. there seems to be one alto voice that is standing out.. and they do need more open vowels... but it is a great song!
