This is a maithili song...Request you to please remove 'bhojpuri' word from the name. Please help distinguish the languages and promote maithili. Proud to such lovely language as my mother toungue.

Janakpur is in Nepal n we r proud to b n Sitamari is at political boundry of India n it's not proud to b as its cultural n historical value has all been lost

Moreover u need to strong your history it was Prithvi Narayan Shah who formed Gorkha n then Nepla not Bappa Rawal buddy.. N he is the 1st king from Shah Dynasty

No doubt there is no different between the two part of mithlanchal i m just clearifing that she was from mithlanchal whose capital was Janakpur not Bihar...

And abt nepal i agree with you that Bappa Rawal had Captured part of nepal n ruled there But not Gorkha the eastern district in Nepal it was ruled by Prithvi Narayan Shah n later on he won all the other small kingdoms which r now the part of Nepal as British did in India making it a single gigantic country.

@arv1231 Friend, (1) Sita was born at Sitamarhi which is today located in Bihar. Jankapur, the capital of Mithila, is currently located in politcal boundry of Nepal but the two nations are one in terms of cultural and historical perspectives.

(2) You need to ameliorate your knowledge of History of Nepal. Bappa Rawal never invaded or captured any part of Nepal. Descendants of Bappa Rawal founded the house of Gorkha, which in turn founded the Kingdom of Nepal.

@arv1231 Dear Friend, I don't see much difference between Terai region and northern districts of Bihar. Both regions are culturally one and a larger part formed part of the same great ancient Mithila Empire.

If you're talking in current context (political term exactly).. I concur both are seperate entity. Nevertheless, I must also remind you that Kingdom of Nepal (or principality of Gurkha) itself was founded by descendants of Bappa Rawal, the Rajput warrior of Mewar, Rajputana (Rajasthan).
