  • Mono........just wondering what is the reason to eat only one type of fruit at a time.

  • hi, im inspired by all the fresh raw food you eat, but dont neglect this: your body needs protein and fat to live, or you will end up with hypolipidemia/hormone deficiencies/pem/or related disorders eventually. plus almost certainly b12 deficiency.

I have a nutrition degree, and we learned that the best diet is moderation

  • People kill me saying "eating all that fruit is unhealthy" yet they have never tried it or done the research..

  • @FIGHT1FOR2CHANGE3: quite obviously neither have you. Fruit and veggies are good for you, but you can go overboard on them. Plus your body needs other things besides that. There are ways of getting those other things without having to eat animal products if thats the persons thing, but you're not gonna get around your body needing them, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Fruit/veggies are good but a more well rounded diet is key for your health. Thats just the way our bodies are made.

  • @Evonne77 Well I have, and and I have researched cultures with similar diets.. I dont use this diet but its better then eating crap all day and getting fat like an average American, And unless you are a healthy fit person I dont think you should give advice.and definitly shouldnt claim that this diet is a bad choice ANd I hate to say this but if the profile picture I seen from your comment is you, then you should open your mind and try this diet, or any diet for that matter..:)

  • @FIGHT1FOR2CHANGE3: Wow, and yet youre still ill informed. And yes I can give advice about this as I studied it in college, along with various other subjects. If you paid attention to anything i said the first time, I said eating fruits and veggies is good for you, but too much can be a bad thing as it can cause deficiencies in things you CAN'T get from fruit. Again, your body needs other things, and theres no getting around it. When you do more thorough research, youll find that out.

  • @Evonne77 lol I am aware of the FACT the body needs protein, but the amounts your "experts" HAVE BEEN TAUGHT to recommend is not even close to the truth. What you have been taught means nothing to the perfectly healthy radiant people on this diet..I look at results not nutrition stats..I would would go 70 15 15 but thats just me..

  • @FIGHT1FOR2CHANGE3: lol, still doesnt change the fact that youre ill informed, but hey, do you. If youre happy with what you think you know, than more power to you. Take care and best of luck with that. :)

  • @Evonne77 Again you assume I am ill informed...People who buy every bit of info they get from the western control system are misinformed,Bottom line the people who eat like this are almost healthier then people who eat like you...cant get more clear then that.

  • @Evonne77 Im sorry, I dont wanna be rude I just dont like people assuming something is wrong because some teacher or chart told you it was..It comes down to what works for you if it works it works, and nobody can say otherwise.

  • @FIGHT1FOR2CHANGE3: Also that cute little attempt at trying to talk about my profile picture, doesnt change the fact that what I said is right. Ask ANY doctor, Nutritionist, Dietician. You are going to have to supplement a diet like this. Again let me advice that you do more thorough research then maybe you can be taken seriously.

  • @Evonne77 Did you seriously just say "so you can be taken serious"?? you are obese and obviously dont eat right so I should take you word for it? why are people on this diet so much healthier then you?? Just bugs me when people who eat poorly try and tell other people how to eat. I eat meat and only consume around 20% of my calories in raw fruits and veg, but I am not gonna tell this girl her diet is wrong when it is obviously doing wonders for her.

  • Where do you get your protein?

  • That's so unhealthy, fruit or not, way too much sugar galore.

  • @Aslakium you dont know what you are talking about...all sugars are not the same.

  • @EddoMars Nah, not necessarily - and this isn't just vegan, it's raw. I'm vegan and don't spend much time or money on food at all.

  • holy crap i hope you juice all that. thats a crap load to eat

  • I dont understand, you only eat fruit and vegetables? What about rice, pastas, potatoes, chicken, fish?

  • i showed this to my class today. it's crazy how many people commented, or criticized, your diet as "crazy" and "unhealthy" yet i am sure many of the went on with their day consuming processed, high fat (As in bad fat) and since many said that it is too much sugar, i will bet them that even if you eat 1000g of sugar you, it is better than their 100g of their sugar. Anyways, I am planning to try this for a week or so! Kind of excited :)

  • Ensuring you're getting all the proper nutrients in your diet is one thing but I've noticed the vegan lifestyle is based on dedicating yourself to whole foods & farmers markets all day. Might as well just start blogging about the shit you eat, and they do.

  • Simply fructose overload!

  • you're eating A LOT of fruit here. what do you do for macronutrients, vitamins (Fe, B12, Folate) and protein? I know you eat seeds/ nuts but that wasn't shown in this video-- do you incorporate them often?

  • @heririswing You know, protien is in most vegetables. So if you eat enough you will get your protein

  • @hello10577 It depends on your protein needs; it'd be impossible to get like 100g of protein from fruits alone.

  • i bet you taste good;) you know what i mean

  • tryed this. my stomach inflated like a balloon and the pain from the gas and cramping had me rolling on the floor. not for me i guess

  • Been watching you for a while and i find some of your older videos easier to watch because you dont seem so angry in them. I also like it when you dress more feminine with more clothes on and more fashionable. Not always with the half shirt costume type clothes. Hope to see more of your softer side.

  • Do you really and truly enjoy this?

  • @SerJahPhoto my thoughts too, seems so monotonous

  • a quick reminder when buying Oranges make sure they are Organic and have seeds in em.

  • Hi where do you lives ? you have a wonderfull garden!

  • how come you eat too much calories and not getting fat?

  • I try to eat enough but I just can't eat that much.

  • You know what the problem is. We all would love to eat healthy. It's just not affordable!

  • how much did it cost you for all that? and i mean in dollars.

  • weird, i lost 160 pounds in 14 months with high protein, moderate fat, low carb diet... i would've expect a fruitarian diet would be much faster than that, but i hear low numbers, like, 30-40 pounds in a year...

  • be careful even if its healthy food your stomach can only handle so much food. To much of any kind of food all at once can tear your stomach. I dont think you are eating it all at once, but, just be careful. Too much of a good thing can still be bad

  • @kinkykarabearluv

    TOO much

  • @shannonvirgo oopse forgot an o on one of my too's thanks haha

  • @kinkykarabearluv

No prob. and I agree...that is too much fruit for a person to eat in a day!

  • @shannonvirgo yes it is. I am dying with only two or three slices of watermelon. My stomach feels sick and like its going to explode. If she is happy and healthy though its all that matters.

  • @kinkykarabearluv fruits and veggies are high water content. they are not like cooked food that is dense. these foods are very easy to digest

  • @kinkykarabearluv You're not very smart huh?

  • @MrMaryJanes well its clear that you are rude. Please be mature, and think before you speak.

  • @kinkykarabearluv You made a comment about her eating all that at once..How fucking stupid can you get? Ignorant bitch

  • @MrMaryJanes i said and i quote "i dont think you are eating it all at once" However please do go on since you have nothing better to do. Love the vocabulary by the way, cant think of anything smarter to say. Listen God is the only one who should judge people, so take a lesson from the bible. I havent done a single hatefull thing to you, to freelea, or anyone else on this page. I will pray you find inner peace

  • @kinkykarabearluv Right sorry. I've had a tough life and I am an asshole most of the time. Thanks =)

  • @MrMaryJanes it is no problem, i too have had a hard life and take no offense to your comments. We all get a little lost, or angry, and at times forget the feelings of others. You just saying sorry proves you are a good person who just thought i was attcking in some way. I forgive you and i hope we can be friends. You are more than welcome to talk to me if you need anything. We all need a helping hand. Trust in God to show you the way.

  • Don't you get the runs from eating all that fruit? I know its a gross question but I was thinking about going raw myself and want to be prepared.

  • @JCarlinH Ease into it, juicing is a good start. I do not eat completely raw, but have gone 6 weeks before on only raw foods. You will only get diarrhea, if your body isn't used to eating plenty of raw foods [fruits & vegetables] already. Your body will adjust to eat. Contact a natural food expert, raw diet expert to ask further questions on this topic. A good place to start is uncooking 101, find her on Facebook. All the best to you.

  • @MNTRYJOSEPH Thanks

  • WoW! do you ever eat starchy Veggies like spuds or are you ALL fruit!

  • ohh my goodness!! lol you eat a lot!!

  • Thank god in my country the fruits are HELLA CHEAP! Yay for tropical agricultural country!

  • Comment removed

  • @MsTurn21 No yay for living in a country that has expensive tropical fruit. :(

  • @MsTurn21 where do you live??

  • @Lelachoo Indonesia~ Fruits are cheap here... :)

  • Hi, did you ever check your fasting blood sugar and triglycerides? What were the numbers?

  • Fuck this. I will move to tropical country too. This shit will cost fortune here, and it is impossible to obtain organic fresh stuff.

  • Had a little talk with the produce guy at the local store where I usually get my Organic Bananas. They haven't had them lately. Said they were having trouble getting any that weren't so green that they wouldn't ripen. Nice conversation about how they are grown and treated. Among other things he said that All bananas are treated with Ethylene Gas to get them to ripen. Even the Organic. I'm sure that means commercial, but wanted to know how, if you know, I can get bananas that are not gassed? THX

  • @NvrTuLate Really? what makes the bananas organic if they aren't grown chemically treated? What grocery store do you shop in? I prefer whole foods but have never heard this before. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks

  • @irisb693 Me too, Really?!! It's a local store that gets their bananas from a warehouse in Portland. Supplies a lot of stores. He said he visited there and saw the huge 'banana room' where they ripen all the bananas. He says they are all gassed to ripen. That doesn't mean they aren't grown in organic ways. I am trying to find some way to order them in the internet. I know where to go for other fruit, but still no responses from the people I've asked. Freelee, do you know?

  • @NvrTuLate That's a great question. I have been researching and haven't found anything yet but as soon as I do, I'll let you know.

  • @irisb693 I heard from someone from 30BAD that tells me all bananas are gas ripened and that it is not a problem. I'm going with that. Not something I need to obsess abt. It's not a problem for them, it's not a problem for me. I have more problems that take a priority. I'm going for the best I can get and let it go at that.

  • @NvrTuLate yah after looking around I found out the same thing. so....

  • modernlifestyleblog

  • mmmm good variaty through out the day:)

  • Do you hold to the belief that a person needs 2000-2500 calories per day.

  • over a billion high carb vegan eaters live and die in India. that grand experiment is over.

  • @datzfast ? curious as to what your talking about?

  • if i ate that I'd have no money left and painful diarrhea

  • You people are nuts. She lives in a tropical climate where that food is local. She probably paid next to nothing, or she could forage for some of it.

  • wow... x 365 days. Most would be broke. It's a shame.

  • Dragonfruit here are like $5 each... I love them... But unfortunately I can't eat 8 a day haha :(

  • Of course I will point out that eating insane amounts of fat, carbohydrates, protein or anything is also unhealthy, and saturated fats can be very unhealthy even in small amounts. My point is extreme diets are without exception always bad for you, eat plenty of fruit and veg, limit red meat, eat plenty of unsaturated fats and you will be fine; but dont go OVERBOARD!

  • @QuantumOverlord There is a lot of raw-fruit vegans out there. While I agree with you, it doesnt seem to me (or the actual data) that they suffer as a result of their diet. To say that they are "always bad for you" does not compute, you have to set it relative to another diet and relative to what kind of lifestyle you live (hard physical labour / college doctorate etc).

  • @GnosticAtheist Personally I follow a non-strict vegan diet that incorporate lactose products when other options are difficult to come buy (norther Norway is not the center of veganism, let me tell you). I have tried fruit based diets but it did not sit right with me. Me needs mah beans!

  • @GnosticAtheist Obviously if you also eat vegetables and grains, aswell as beans/nuts e.c.t then okay I recant my point about overdoing fibre/fructose. I assume you cook too, 'raw foodism' is just plan psedoscience and as a gnostic atheist you should be against that :P

  • @QuantumOverlord On a personal level, yes, I am against it. However I do not give out science against it in dialog because I cant (have not tried to obtain such) and thus I have no reason or leg to stand on. Also I have not encountered any personal examples of it being a problem to anyone, again, strictly personal level.

  • @GnosticAtheist I can give you citations if you like, its about 8-10 years on average. My points on fibre and fructose are also valid, you really should not be consuming 300+ grams, if you are consuming say 2000Kcal JUST from fruit, thats like 800+ Kcal from Sugars like fructose, which is about 10X as much as is reccomended. Ill get you some citations if you like, being a vegetarian is actually the healthiest if done correctly, raw vegan is certaintly not.

  • @QuantumOverlord Well, as a vegan (all types of vegetarian foods, prepared, not prepared, raw and processed based on availability and mood hehe) I dont really need those citations, I am set in my ways (35 year old ftw) and something earthshattering has to happen for me to change my diet. I will change to a nihilst diet when I die.

  • @GnosticAtheist It is possible to be a vegan and healthy, but extremely difficult, and requires a very broad diet. Would you ever consider fish? Fish is very healthy, unlike lots of meat.

  • @QuantumOverlord Define "healthy". There is no "healthy" and "unhealthy", just different effects of chemicals on different systems in the body. Some effects you want and some you do not want. Veganism and my body seem to work well, thus far. I ingest B12 and some other vitamins just in case. According to medial health at my age I am doing fine, and thats all I care about ;)

  • @GnosticAtheist One other point I will make, Evidence is not nihlism, the reason I am an atheist is simply because I look exclusivly at evidence, and evidence alone i.e the scientific method so I will only argue for where the evidence stands, which is for vegan diets to be significantly more unhealthy than vegetarian, prescatarian or meat containing diets (the healthiest appears to be vegetarian/prescatarian or diets containing very low quantities of especially red meat)

  • @QuantumOverlord No it was a joke. Nihilst diet as in nothing. I will eat nothing when I am nothing. ;)

When I comes to evidence I have found that lacto-vegetariansim is the most healthy diet (swede studies). Due to personal ethics and (mostly because of) a dislike of lactose (clogs up my throat something aweful) I am still a vegan. If there are ill effects they sure take a long time to show, considering my age.

  • @QuantumOverlord Pescatarian, yeah right. Gotta get all that mercury poisoning into your system. Lacto, umm, Harvard medical has already stated that dairy does not belong in a healthy diet. Eggs simply clog up your arteries. What's left? Veganism. I've been a vegan for 25 year. Do your research. I'm a freethinker myself because I look at evidence and truth, not the bullshit that weston price spews forth.

  • @rawmark Mercury posioning, oh god your one of those psedo peddlers, I bet you like homeopathy and Chinese herbal medicine too. Ive debated homeopaths and other psedo intellectuals before, I have no time for you. Reply and I will simply list pubmed citations proving you wrong.

  • @QuantumOverlord Pseudo peddlers aye? You're funny. Pubmed does very little research on mercury poisoning of fish and also the few things that appear on pubmed about mercury toxicity in fish are random and sparce. Do your own research. Go to a local fish market, but a fish, cut off a few inches and mail it off to a lab to have it analysed for mercury toxicity. I think the findings will surprise you.

  • @rawmark "Pubmed does very little research". Face Wall!, so you do not know what pubmed is, it isnt a research institution as you appear to think... Its just a collection of studies including RCTs, the risk of mercury posioning from registered suppliers is very low, however you should check out some of the life expectancy studies on veganism. While excessive consumption of meat is obviously unhealthy, occasional meat consumption, and regular fish consumption is not.

  • @QuantumOverlord I know exactly what pubmed is and what kind of documents are shared there. I also know, and you can look it up on the internet, that more and more doctors are pointing people toward veganism for health and longevity. We do not have heart attacks, high blood pressure, cholesterol issues, strokes or any of the major issues that omnivores suffer with. Just do a bit of searching on the internet mr freethinker.

  • In fact, this is downright unhealthy, all the energy from the food is coming from fructose, eating this amount of fructose can cause liver damage and type 2 diabeties. You should get probably 5% of energy from short chain sugars, fruit has often >70% of its energy as these short chain sugars, fruit juice can hit 99%. The average male should eat no more than about 50g of short chain sugar per day, equivlant to less than 500ml of pure fruit juice.

  • Consuming copius amounts of fruit is not healthy, the key to a healthy diet is a balanced diet. Eating insane amounts of fruit is not good chiefly because of the fibre and fructose, over doing it on either of those can be potentially serious, also fruit does not contain much in the way of Essential Long chain carbohydrates or fats that are needed. Fruit is essential for a healthy diet (with of course Veg), but just eating these is not good. Vegans live 8-10 years less on average.

  • @QuantumOverlord Not true. Again, you're spreading lies. The oldest man in China right now is 117 years young. He doesn't look it. Practices tai chi every day. The man will not die. Is he vegan? I'm not sure. Is he vegetarian? Absolutely, this is confirmed. Donald Watson, who founded veganism, died a few years back. He was in his 90's. We live longer and this has been proven. You know why? No heart attacks, hbp, strokes, and low chance of cancers. We just grow old and die.

  • @rawmark "Again your spreading lies", this is what every homeopath I have ever debated always says, despite their being no evidence that homeopathy works, in the same way you are distorting the evidence based on what you want, look it up I have already told you where you can find the studies, I will not do the work for you. The oldest women on record smoked occasionally, so obviously smoking is good for you, Ye Exactly, case studies prove NOTHING.

  • just a few questions, how much is all that food for a day cost?

and how much do you spend on food monthly?

do you only eat food that is in season, or do you buy non- organic food?

  • Your diet is too expensive for anyone on Food Stamps to follow. This meal equals 1 week of food for the poor.

  • That is a lot of money. MOst people can't afford that. Rice is a cheaper more filling food.

  • you dont know anything about nutrition!

  • @mitchellmyself Ya, why eat all that natural healthy fruit and veggies, when you can just roll up to the mcdonalds and get a supersized big mac combo? I mean, you would probably die of mal nutrition from the fruit veggie diet right? Glad that supersized combo provides all the nutrients americans really need to survive. Right? This is the dumbest arguement people use for not going on the veggie or fruit diets. Which do you choose to eat from God's table or Mcdonalds drive thru?

  • You guys realize it's perfectly safe to cook food, right?

Also, eating like 30 bananas or 4 lbs of fruit in one day is a horrible idea, not to mention insanely expensive.

  • @jpastuch Please educate yourself before commenting. Thanks.

  • @MichellesVagina I have. Carbohydrates are definitely great for short term energy. I imagine it does wonders if you are a long distance runner/biker etc. But every Raw Fruit person I have seen has been scrawny. Healthy maybe (who really knows for the long term?), but tiny. If you want to gain muscle mass, you won't find large amounts of protein in mangoes and watermelon. Sorry!

  • Raw, fresh, whole fruits and veggies: what a blessing!

  • @Freelea I get heartburn from bananas, but not baby bananas so much. Do you think that could be overcome?

  • I hope you do realise your luck so you may enjoy it even more!

  • I just started a raw food diet today, and looking at this, I'm definitely not worried about ever being hungry. XD I don't think I could eat that much in a few days!

  • omg i want to live in aplace like that.. where food is just on the trees outside AHHH

  • thank you for showing your video :)

  • Yeah... if you can afford all of that... sure go ahead.

  • @RyanStash yeeah no doubt. But Im thinking she gets those cheaper where shes at than most of us (if you live in the states or other places). I do a raw fruit/veggie diet that only costs like 35-40 bucks/week.

  • @RyanStash if you add up all the spendings on this fruit for a month aand all the spendings of what u eat for a month..it'll probably be the same or maybe a bit of a difference here nd there

  • @RyanStash I consume the same diet as she does and get in 6-8K calories a day.. 15$ US a day.. Trick is to bulk up from wholesalers by the box. Health is a long, meaningful investment.

  • @RyanStash Ha yeah It depends what ya mean by afford.

  • @RyanStash thats exactly right

  • What about iron, zinc, magnesium, copper, sulfur,

  • Do you get used to eating all of those sweet fruits? I tried this for a day and i couldn't eat more than 2 bananas without a cloying feeling in my mouth

  • This looks expensive daily any advice.

  • Plant cruelty!

  • you just murdered that plant BITCH!

  • i love meat so much im a meatcutter. pineapple is good on ham or steak.

  • dude your shits must be huge

  • @PHONEYPOLITICS Her shits are probably actually less because shes getting more usable energy and vitamin and minerals and less waste. Which equals less shit.

  • @PHONEYPOLITICS volume doesn't equal density. Fruits and Veggies are water dense.

  • Wow, that is amazing to eat 800 calories in a meal and be hungry a couple of hours later. I guess that is because of the low protein/fat with each meal.

  • people are always telling me, NO, don't water fast, and don't juice fast, but I am healthy and carded for buying my rolling papers(I'm 27) and there no carded, they look 40 and there fat and unhappy! So don't listen to the burger eating fatties!

  • What I wouldn't give to live there!

  • wow..that is a lot of sugar.

  • u are so disciplined to be eating all this bland tasteless fruit but god damn u have a nice body

  • calories? Its not about how many calories you put in your body. And the reason you eat so much is because you lack protein when the body gets enough protein it gets the feeling like i cant eat anything more or im going to puke.

  • Balance is the key. Eating a BALANCED diet. And you can do that WITHOUT EATING ANIMALS!!!!!!! To wrap it up. You can do whatever you want, but to tell people that 60 dates is a healthy lunch by itself and 10 bananas for dinner is ok....IS BLOW MY MIND IRRESPONSIBLE AND IS IGNORANT!

  • 10 bananas for dinner??? 60 dates for lunch? Are you kidding me? Do you kn ow how much sugar is there in 10 bananas? And you had it before bedtime? 60 dates? I am not talking abour REFINED sugar, but natural sugar. What you are referring to earlier from sugar cane is REFINED SUGAR. Telling the ignorant public that is it ok to eat 10 bananas for dinner is irresponsible. You should do your research, what this kind of diet is going to do to your body on the long run. Cont....

  • The fact still remains, that fruits are mostly sugar and water and lack the COMPLETE PROTEINS that yous muscles need to build on. The amino acids contained in fruits are NOT ENOUGH for a healthy body, especially a growing, young body to live on! If you are ONLY consuming fruits, you ARE MOSTLY RUNNING ON SUGAR! Keep it up for a while and you will see muscle wasting. I am not here to argue with you, just saying that a human body needs more than fruits to live on. Cont....

  • @evadawn0304 You're here to share your conventional wisdom, which has been bought and paid for by the meat and dairy industry. Name me a university that isn't entirely influenced by major corporations, and I'll eat my left foot.

I advocate eating what the body craves (after cleansing). Mine seems to like only fruits, nuts and seeds in their raw state.

If not for the cultural and corporate politics of meat, this idea would not be so frightening to people.

  • Suthrnjeject....I find your comments rude. Please do not call me ignorant, as I am not, I assure you. I have studied sciences, nutrition, and how the human body works. I know a lot of what you already wrote in your rude comment, and more! Cont....

  • @evadawn0304 You're ignorant of the influences your education suffers. I've studied it all as well, and found so much of it completely wanting, well before I ever came to my current conclusions. Like the bible, once I read it on my own, I was completely mortified, yet wholly educated about that which I was told was far different than it really was.

I have far less interest in what current "science" has to say about nutrition than I am with what nature tells us. There is no better laboratory.

  • This was my raw vegan menù today:

    4 blended bananas for breakfast

    60 dates for lunch

    1 pineapple in the afternoon

    10 bananas for dinner

    Love being raw... -3

  • protein?

  • b12 is provided by our bacteria/ surely you cannot have it if you go on pushing a dump inside/ are you sure that your body needs so much protein to eat meat??? oh thanks mac donalds for b12))) we are so so active with our brain))) because of it

  • Approx. how much do you spend on grocery bills? I'm just curious because fruits so expensive here :/

  • wait, is this what you would eat in one day? all that?

  • omg, you are so going to quit eventually...haha

  • You mean this sweetleaf?

    Sauropus_androgynus

    The lung damage one?

  • Oops, there's a BBQ, Let's move away from that quickly! HAHA! Why DO YOU have a BBQ grill, Ms Vegan?

  • @beboystyle I think this diet is a little insane, too, but she said she was housesitting.

  • Basically, you are running on SUGAR all day long. The body is not able to make muscles from sugar. Muscle wasting? Please explain how is living on only on sugar healthy? Where is the balance?

  • @evadawn0304 NO! Why don't you people just STUDY things once in a while b4 assuming you know something? Fruits contain amino acids, fatty acids, minerals, vitamins, enzymes, fiber, carbohydrates. Your body needs amino acids - it can't use animal or plant proteins b/c it has to break them down into their amino acid components. If u actually absorbed whole animal proteins, your body would reject them.

Truly, the ignorance of the average human is maddening!

  • @evadawn0304 BTW, the SUGAR you refer to doesn't occur in nature. It mostly comes from highly processed cane sugar that can take many pounds of cane to make one teaspoon of table sugar, and the final product is purified, devoid of its previous nutrients. Don't try to make a comparison between this crap and the carbohydrates in fruits. Table sugar ROBS you of nutrients as well. THINK once in a while. Please!

  • @evadawn0304 I don't know who came up with the "sugar" term for the carbs in fruits, but it is wrong. Glucose is not sucrose (sugar). Your body runs on the EXACT form of carbs in fruits, not any other form. All other forms of carbs need to be converted for the body to run on it, hence it isn't as natural a carb. Fruit is the most NATURAL food for humans there is.

You really need to read some on this before you go spamming all over someone's videos ignorantly.

  • @keyofdavid888 To spam to this extent, she is either a paid shill for the meat and dairy industry...otherwise known as subhuman filth.

Or a pathetic fatty lashing out at thin, healthy, attractive people because she's too weak to get off her considerable ass and actually work to make a change.

Either way her opinions matter not.

  • @evadawn0304 ah if look up any ole physiology book, your body can sythesise proteins from carbs. and vice verse. paleo get their carbs from protein. 30bad-ders get their protein from carbs.

  • @ceileachair I don't believe this is accurate. Carbs are made up of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen. Amino acids additionally contain nitrogen. You might be thinking of the term "protein sparing." Muscles need glucose for energy. Low carb diets force the body to convert fats to glucose for energy, and then muscle tissue. Hence, the ready availability of carbs is sometimes referred to as protein sparing, probably as a consequence of the low carb diets.

  • @suthrnreject I was referring to the bodies ability to make its own 'non essential amino acids'. Also the body can use ketonic acids by recycling ammonia (NH3) and get the nitrogen from there to make amino acids. much easier treatment for the kidneys than dialysis. Potato juice would be a good one for this.

  • @ceileachair Still not convinced. My biochem is admittedly a little rusty, but as far as I can remember, the body can NOT make amino acids (non-essential or otherwise) from carbs. And, too, I think you've got deamination back to front.

  • @evadawn0304 Amino acids...................

  • All of that sugar cannot be healthy

  • @dharmesha13 natural fruit sugar is NOT like refined sugar WHATSOEVER
