heh, yeah. read the desription.

but if you want my guess, take photoshop and edit the photo (because it doesn't move) of that particular scene to each of the effects, edit that to match the beats, then run the video over the end. unless there is some kinda video thing inside of cs3 or whatever program, that is how i would do it.
