I love this. You are so sincere and humble. God Bless you. My Mother is gone and I posted it to my facebook for her memory. I hope you do more vids for us.
hello again Robinson boys!! you both sing with feeling and you cannot tell a story without being able to convey emotion.. Just open your eyes to your own talent and how well you do this. Somehow I just knew you guys had Scottish genes... incidentally its a gorgeous sunny morning here in Scotia.. my love to you both .. & keep writing, singing, and telling stories... lizzie xx
fabbi listened to you this sundsy morning 20/5/07 Steve senior.. sending you all love from Scotland xx I'm also a songwriter ... luv from leesbet = lizzielane = lizzielanemusic
If you would e-mail me, I would be glad to send you a CD, autographed! There would be no charge. I would like for you to prescribe to A GREAT BIG FAMILY if you have not done so.
Thanks for your kind words. Emotions run the gamut from crying to wild laughter. Sometimes we need to experience the one to enjoy the other more. Does that make sense? Anyway, thanks.
Hi Larry! Always great hearing from you. Yes, you're right... about the memories, that is. I want you to know you are a life-long friend of mine. Thanks for your compliment. It means a lot. Before long I will be putting another original on this site.
please do me a favor and keep it up! sometimes i have these hard weeks and then i come to your site and not only does your singing mello me out but your smile puts me to rest!
Rest assured I will keep up putting songs on this site. Mello is good as it is a moment of tranquility, which we all need to wind down. If you want to see me smile, check out "Nothing to Be Desired". But thank you, Buddy, I appreciate your kind words. Be sure to check out all of our songs and those of others in this GREAT BIG FAMILY.
you know you are right!! about the smile...you could bottle that smile up and sell it over the counter and cure cancer and all disease..i watched "nothing to be desired" and that smile just made my day buddy! thank you BIG HUGS your pal
Steve Sr. Cover or not you added value to this song. Excellent! I'll bet your mom and Jesus are looking down smiling and saying well done son :D AMEN!
Thanks, Jon. Your comment made me cry. I bet you're right about the Lord and mom looking down. I sung this song from my heart, though I don't profess to be the greatest singer around. Nonetheless, I hope it was music in my mom's ears. Steve Robison, Sr. (Thanks)
I just heard your cover of "Pick Me Up On Your Way Down". Great job and the numbers verify it! Thanks for your comment on this song! God bless you, my Christian brother!
I heard Mother's Day Son. Sorry for the mix up. I loved it. I was right about the big numbers. however. I listen to a lot of videos. I will go now and comment on it!
Oh! I see what mistake I made. Some how I viewed "Wayfaring Stranger" and left a comment. I see now that it wasn't one of your more recent songs. It is great, none the less. God Bless, Steve
When you sing, I can see from your facial expressions a great love for the Lord. I think you sing songs of praise with such wonderful feeling. God Bless.
My dear friend in Christ, I thank you for your kind words. We are so blessed to have friends like you. I am so honored that you are part of this GREAT BIG FAMILY. God put it upon my heart to post this song. Somehow I know that mom hears these words. Isn't it comforting knowing that we have eternal life? Steve Jr. and I will soon do an original called "Oh, What a Peace It Will Be" that we know will bless our friends and family. Be watching for this song to come out on YouTube!
You are welcome. My twin brother and I took care of mom after her stroke up to the time she went on to be with the Lord. Our wives were right by our sides and helped, too. I always think of mom on Mother's Day and the joy she gave us. The Bible says in heaven we shall be known as we were known. Some day we shall share in that unspeakable joy. God Bless You my brother.
Your comment is so appreciated. Mom died about 8 years ago. My twin brother, Stan, and I were raised by her when our Dad left her. I am so thankful to know that she has eternal life!
So Nicely sung ...what a pleasant listen sir.
