why cant the newer games do things like i mentioned the newer gamess seemed watered down with no enthusiasm the only upside the newer games have is the intros and caw features they fail in gameplay comparison

oh and the simple features carried so much weight to me like when some one like xpac tried to slam(suplex,scoop slam etc) it would not happen until you wore them down and even then it was still a challenge! one more thing i absolutly loved was the double team system and how you could hold someone on you shoulders for your partner to climb the top rope and do a flying clothesline or grab them from behind and hold for your partner to do the running big boot (kane,undertaker)

@steamboatGriffin you so right .....you could also hold a wrestler on your shoulders outside of the ring and have your partner fly out like the undertaker does every wrestlemania and hit him ...you cannot do that in smackdown vs raw games

these games were the shit! wcw/nwo world tour, wresrlemania 2000.wcw revenge.and no mercy the rings were huge blood weapons tge moves were great and most importantly if a match went on for 10+ minutes and you were getting destroyed its showed you would be down on the mat forever oh and one otherthing if you took to the air and "crashed and burned" it would cost you you would actually be injured unlike today's games were there are no consequences

@YoungProdigy961 I really liked the controls of it because it was pick up and play, something the new svr games aren't. I also really liked that you coould give superstars their classic appearances (such as stone cold wcw attire) which you still can't do in svr. Also it was simple (maybe painfully simple) and that's what made it fun.
