I absolutely LOVE your videos, but the sound could use a bit of leveling... The music is much too loud and the instruction too quiet. It makes it difficult to play the videos back to back, as I have to adjust the volume at the beginning and end of each one. >_<
Hey thanks for this! Like Susan, I went outside and was able to do the trick (somewhat gracefully, even) within five minutes! The parts about the pinky-beat and the side you're supposed to step through made it really easy :-)
Hey your hula hooping Tutorials really helped me learn how to hoop, your love the process video inspired me to keep at it! Im learning really fast and Loving every minute THANK YOU SaFire!!!
@NicchuukanCheeseCake Smaller will be harder at first but I've jumped through 20 inch hoops before, in which case it's more about gripping the hoop, it's not really rotating as you jump through, there's no time for it to spin.
Oh sweet, sweet girl where did you come from? You are so super cute that! My 5 and 7 yr old daughters love learning from you! Nice work girl and keep on pushing what you love!!!!
i am a new to the hooping world and have been able to master a few trick such but im struggling to move onto harder trick because i have a light weight hoop could anyone please tell me where i can get a weighted hula hoop?
around 2:22 she has the hoop fully vertical besides her. that's the whole trick. just practice bringing the hoop from lasso to this point. if it's not fully vertical, it's not going end up nicely.
i'm really clumsy so I had to put on a BIKE HELMET till i figured it out. you'll look ridiculous but at least you wont be bruised everywhere.
Thanks for all your awesome vids they've really helped me out. Im stuck in a small town in Australia so theres not a big hooping community lol. thankyou!
dear Sandra! Thank you for the jump through video, will try it out. I have learnt the step through from your videos and am very obliged. Thank you for posting your tutorials and being a teacher and inspiration to many.
oh mi god sa fire thankyou so much for your sensible, scientific, break downs of hooping.l I am stuck in Melbourne Australia and though we have Azaria universe who is a hooping phenomenom there is no ground support. YOU are the teacher of the moment for me. Thank you and all the best on your journey. keep the tutorials going! x
Very good tutorials! I've bought a hoop yesterday and following your tutorials to get new moves. Only one thing, the music is much louder then the rest of the vid :)
great video tutorial. My little daughter Laura (7 years) see all your videos and now I have a problem :-) ... she tell me to help her hooping like you ... oh oh....take care, stay safe...
o0o0oo0oo! I rarely do that one, I just always forget about elbow moves. I can explain it though.
Consider it "on the list." The list is getting long and I'm trying to do easier ones intermittently with the harder more advanced moves so that everyone regardless of their level can benefit. Maybe a few weeks?
@FireSandra I was just going to say, I've only been hooping for about ten days (a few hours a day - I can't stop!), but because of all these fantastic tutorials on youtube I've been able to learn very quickly. transitioning the hoop from one elbow to the other is something I've been wanting to learn, but I haven't found any videos for it. if you did one I would appreciate it so much. thanks so much for everything you do!
@FireSandra I've rescentley started hooping and I'm already pretty good at it so I thought I would buy some better hoops, since the ones I have are not really the best of quality. There's just one problem.. I can't find any sites to buy normal hoops! All i find is sites for powerhoops! And since I'd like to still be able to do tricks with them i don't think a hoop with giant weights in are the right choice. So where did you buy your hoops? AND! Do you know any sites where they ship to Denmark?
Yay yay yay!!!!!! GIRL, you flippin' ROCK!!!! Thank you thank you thank you for this!!!! I can't wait to get to the gym today to practice. :-D GREAT video, as always dear one.
I just learned the jump through after 3 tries thanks to you!! Thank you, you are constant inspiration!!
