Hi Patty, in answer to your heading question "Is this Casey Anthony" I think it most definately is her, that walk is unmistacable, but it does look set up to me, all the different changes of her top. I cannot imagine why she is out on her own like that, I think she's organised for someone to video her like this, probably behind her lawyers backs, if i were her I wouldn't be out on my own, especially considering the treatment others who look like her have had.

I read that G and C Anthony are unveiling another "foundation" on 8/06, Caylee's birthday, to concentrate on grandparent's rights, caylee's law, and one other thing that I forgot already. I would rather send money directly to people who will actually work for the "good", like Tim Miller, Polly Klaus's dad, etc. To me, the Anthonys are forever tainted by their lies, overacting, and inability to do the right thing. Thier sickening behavior disqualifies them. They will get nothing from me.

I wouldn't donate a dime to that foundation or the other one that they started as I feel the same as you, they are tainted with everything they have done from the moment it was known Caylee was missing.

Ive seen the blown up images and it IS her, but whether she is in Ohio or not is questionable. So are the pictures and video. It could have been filmed anywhere and sold to TMZ by Casey herself to get some extra spending cash

It's staged. The photos look like a photoshoot for gods sake. She's loving every second of this. It looks as if she just changed her shirt after each set of pics. Think about it, if it wasn't staged, as soon as realized someone was filming her, she would take her ass inside of wherever she was staying and not come back out. Even if I didn't know about Casey's past, looking at those photos and at that video, I would not like her or trust her. Just the way she walks and her demeanor, very off putting.

And yes, the photos prove it's her. I wasn't sure about the video, she looks so bad and like someone you'd keep an eye on in the store. Sure enough, it's her.

@TheBlacksheep2020 I think maybe I should clarify. I believe it is her. But if this was a "chance sighting" a reporter could not resist the urge to try to get a comment from her. However, I think it was a staged photo op where she was paid to have photos done for money. Casey was putting on weight throughout her trial and when she was released she already looked plump-er (like she gained around 10+ lbs. So it's not inconceivable she could pack on another 10+ in a few weeks.
