This is probably one of the best portrayals of a psychopath that has ever graced the big screen.
We learned everything we needed to know about a character in the span of one minute. I don't think you can teach that kind of thing in film school or acting class.
If anyone has watched David Lynch's Wild at Heart, do you see some similarity between Blatch and the character Willem Dafoe plays in that film, especially the laughter??
If one is found guilty of a crime, and is put in the same cage with this guy and if one is sentenced to 10 years suppose,his imprisonment duration should be reduced to 1/10 of oneself's actual imprisonment duration.
If anyone knew that they will be sent to prison beside this guy, then they would pray they had never comitted the crime they did. :S
