@escaurizas Answer to question one: Probably 75/100, there are still ways for your neck to break but the majority of them are from your head going too far in one direction.

Answer to question two: Uh, 1/1000? I've never ever heard of anything like that happening, your helmet would give and the chin would snap before it pushed the brace into your collarbone hard enough to push it into your jugular.
