  • Only josef locke can sing this!!!

  • Aaah! it reminds me of my mums 78's ... she used to play on the old Grundig radiogram when she was doing the housework .... nostalgia!

  • @paintedmind Webster Booth was a great favourite on 100 best tunes....I forget he presenters name ...Alan Keith?

  • @Lisnageeragh Alan Keith admired Webster Booth's singing very much and was present at his memorial service in October 1984. He also presented "The Golden Age" in the late eighties and Anne Ziegler and Webster Booth's recordings were often featured on that programme.

  • @duettists Thank you for comment ...great memories of Sunday evenings Radio. Do you recall Max Jaffa/ Cliff Adams/ Harry Mortimer ..(.''Brass and Strings'??) TG

  • @Lisnageeragh I certainly do. We don't seem to hear artistes like that on the radio these days! Thank you for subscribing to my channel.

  • Do you have the track "Dearie" by WB & AZ. Not sure if the other two ever made a recording of this song
