@Mustdang Running > Swimming. Swimming is so low impact that it provides virtually no stimulus for your bones to become more dense, cycling is the same. Many swimmers and cyclists end up with low bone mass or osteoporosis in later life because they exercised for years doing low impact activities. Don't believe me? Ask google about osteoporosis and swimmers, you will get many articles.
They forgot triceps, pecs, trapezius, deltoid muscles etc. And, when running, depending on your speed and arm pending motion and a whole bunch of factors, you will be using more muscles, for instance the external abdominal obliques and latissimus dorsis.
@Kaiyon the reason why your Tibialis anterior hurts is because you have a high toe lift angle, which causes shin splints. This means when your running, your toes are point upwards when they should be pointing straight in front of you. check my video, "Best Running Technique part 2" at time; 9:15: it should make you fully understand.

After seeing the rowing muscle video I was expecting this video to say shoulders, biceps, eyebrow muscles were best for running

@Thanks4Nutin Tibialis anterior (google it) is the muscle that hurts the most after I run. The hell is wrong with this video?

Aren't the triceps used to support the upper body and deltoid/tricep combination used when riding out of the saddle?
