you have some issue with muting the E string, it might be tricky if you're not used to mute with the right hand though because it must be very fast in that song, it took me a while to make that main riff sound nice hehe

Your timing is fine. I'm a bass player too. The thing I'm noticing is that you may be lacking in hand strength. It's causing the choppiness in some of your playing. You could try a lighter gauge string and set the action up a little closer. You could get one of those finger excersizing tools but I think you'd be just as well off trying to adjust the guitar to your playing style.

BTW, good job and keep on keepin on.

Try using a compressor and using your g-string, that way you dont have do wander that far down the neck (and risk missing a note or two) which is hard to do quickly enough on this song.

That and practicing your timing should get you "tighter".
