1937 Martin 00-21S Adirondack/Brazilian

I used to own a 00-21 1986 which I sold for a Collings Baby and always regretted it. I thought the 00-21 was a guitar which never changed to the 14 fret configuration like so many other models. The 'S' also usually suggests a 12 fret and yet the guitar is clearly a 14 fretter?

The guitar is a 14 fretter.The S indicates a "Special"or something like that.For sure it's a special and rare guitar.

Of all of the guitars you get to play, I'd take this one. This or that mahogany-maple Gibson, even though they are completely different.

Both are excellent guitars and very different.But that particular 00-21S was an outstanding guitar.
