YA Dude But Metallica is one of mylike FAVORITE bands EVER!!! but they didn't even really play alot like the good stuff.... Frayed ends of sanity, Battery, the four horsemen, king nothing, etc....... The dumb thing they really REALLY needed to play at the povilion instead of Tingley!!

I made a poster to wish Rob a "happy birthday", but security were being a bunch of jerks. I couldn't even get my camera in, and to top it off, seeing other people with their cameras taking pictures. I'm not a big fan of concerts at Tingley. There are always issues going on, no one knows what is going on most of the time, ha ha! There are only 2 bands, that I'll go to see at Tingley and Metallica is one of them.

YEAH i agree, i had a camera but did not use it often--which i now regret, but the little i did use it, i got some good footage.

Tingley for me is a love/hate relationship--

(hate) i don't like the sound, (love) All the great concerts that have been there.

P.S. I live in Albuquerque, Too bad there aren't many locals left out here, it's a bunch of transplants that come to visit and love it so much they decide to stay. The weather is great, The people are nice and hospitable for the most part, and the beautiful landscapes--- come out some time we'll show you a awesome time.

I had lived in Albuquerque for over 20 years. It's hot, nothing but dirt and weeds everywhere, bubblegum on the sidewalks, and the entire city smells like urine.

To top it off, the workers there are dumb as rocks, no one has any common sense, nothing but meth heads south of Central, the white kids think they're "gangsta" with backwards AND upside-down hats driving Civics, the Rio Grande contains low-level radioactive waste, and well water west of the airport can light on fire.

yes it is hot out here, "but its a DRY heat" dont you know.

its not known as the dirt city for nothing- although this year has been pretty decent with the rain- its actually green this year.

Now i dont agree with the urine smell though- anybody thats been to san francisco, los angeles, new york, chicago those are true --smelly cities.
