They have every right to demand he be held accountable to the same rules. As for not liking Priya (or any other character) if you do not like a character, then dont want the show. No-one is forcing you to watch a show that contains something you do not like.

So glad the writers fucked Priya off at the end of season 4. Half the season was a failure just because of her. It's not that I hate her character because of her being with Leonard or being a bitch against Sheldon. It's pure on her character itself and her acting which had none progress in it whatsoever. No asset to the show in any way, because she wasn't funny. Nothing out of the extraordinary like the rest. S4 was like some bad 'serious' romance story in something I thought was a comedy show.

I actually liked Priya :| She bought something different to the show. Penny was the ditzy blonde, Sheldon/Lenard/ Raj/Howard were the smart geeky characters, whereas Priya was smart, beautiful & sarcastic. I find Sheldon's character painfully annoying at times want to punch him in the face, but he's what makes the show so hilarious because of his "I think I'm always right attitude".
