Hired by the crappy company Sitel, who used to handle them as a client (before t-mobile wisened up and pulled their account from Sitel). i work for a tmobile call center. ill tell you this right off the rip homie, if you treat tmobile reps like that you get a negative hit to your "behavior score" which gives you longer hold times. if you ever want to get through faster, if not immediately, call in from a non-tmobile phone.

not saying your behavior isnt warranted, as our customer service is absolute shit, but the more you swear and make demands like that it just makes it worse for you in the long run.
