1-It's not dangerous to the doctor due to the ammount of chemicals used in conservation.

3-Good surgeons MUST be able to recognize structures by only palpating. If you can't recognize it without gloves, how are you going to recognize it during surgery with gloves on?

@me4u I'm a current medical student. Gross anatomy is required at all US schools, and most schools require dissection (vs. studying a cadaver that's already dissected). I don't know of any medical school that requires you to dissect multiple cadavers.
