  • For the execution, just JUMP AND CATCH. JUMP AND CATCH. Bar hits the front squat position THE SAME TIME YOUR FEET HITS THE FLOOR. California strength dot com has the best instructions for this.

    Take care.

  • Before anything else, you must learn how to do a proper hang clean. In a nutshell, it should be:

    -Torso is remained very upright and horizontal to the floor.

    -Back is super tight (chest out).

    -Arms straight.

    -Knees SLIGHTLY bent.

    That's the starting position for the HANG clean.
