  • Well impressed, excelent, good imagination used re functionality of putting kit inside the tyre as well

  • This kind of work will get you into great shape. You can do this sort of conditioning with HEAVY sleds and sledge hammers too. Check out some of our videos to see how that goes.

  • Well done!

  • Awesome work, brother. Way to go hard!!!

  • I swear this guy looks just like my Spanish teacher.

  • Hey, are you a fighter? if so does this help with explosive power or any of your punches? THANKS!

  • Functional and fun. Great video.

  • YOU QUACK! NEVER !!!!! ONLY IF YOU HAVE THREE FEET HIGH. LIAR !!!!. KKKKK. BRAZILIAN kettlebell.

  • Great work, I am always looking for ways to beat the gym.

  • you need a bigger sledgehammer

  • i wonder what ppl that find this footage a thousand yrs from now r gonna say.. or what effect these workouts r gonna have on genetic adaptaion.

  • I'm a 2x10 set of getups on each side would have put the icing on on the cake. J/K man, nice vid- love the creativity.

  • ''Next video I will be sure to zoom in on the actual weight, so no one is confused or upset'' haha :P

  • Man I love seeing outdoor training with a variety of equipment. BUt my favorite in this vid is that you load your tire sled with your ball, hammer and kb. Very creative.

  • I am going to home depot to get set up. Thanks!

  • THis superb training. It looks fun (as in interesting and exciting, though very challenging) and fairly inexpensive. Question: in terms of fat-burning and cardiovascular development, how does this kind of training compare to jogging or running?

  • great job and great body , thanks for sharing

  • At first i was like ok dragging a tire lol but then i seen u pull that kettle bell out and was like dam. nice work, keep it ip

  • Thats a baby tire LoL

  • the sledgehammer (coming from someons who's never done it, but seen it done), looked like it could've been doen a lot more explosively and when brought down over your head really utilized your abs and hips

  • Incredible - absolutely incredible.

    Human?

  • F*ing awesome. Title is apt... I've got to get a weighted sled. Been wanting to for a while. Looks killer.

  • Nice workout mate look forward to some more vids.I'm always on youtube looking for workout ideas

  • Great and inspirational vid, man. Dont pay attntion to ngative commnts. Keep up the good work.

  • How creative...

  • Y you doing it on grass you puff hahaha

  • i taught him how to do this

  • @manny93087 well im your father, so that makes since

  • We have the same sledge hammer it's bigger than most.

  • What's the point of sledgehammer training/ medicine ball training? By the looks of it, it looks intense but what does it develop?

  • @animeflip develops core strength

have you seen those old timer construction workers

who use sledge hammers 8 to 10 hours a day, damnnn they are tank

  • You make these exercises look so easy yet there very hard when worked in a circuit like this great job

  • Nice workout. Thanks.

  • Damn, I'm exhausted just from watching that.

  • Yeah....but can he lick his own balls??

  • great home made albanian work out

  • Vin Diesel?

  • looks like a fine workout to me.thanksfor the post.

  • On the med ball slam try a underhanded toss up when you catch it off the bounce. And catch the toss then accelerate back into the slam. A good reaction/coordination drill coupled with acceleration and deceleration movements.

  • thats not a 60 lbs KB

thats like a 45 theres a huge difference

  • @hellomynameis151 What was the point of this post? Actually it was a 60 lb KB, don't think I own a 45lb. This set can be done with more than a 60 even, so I don't know what the point is. Next video I will be sure to zoom in on the actual weight, so no one is confused or upset

  • @PeakPhysiqueNY lol.

  • @hellomynameis151 oh, well in that case, I'll just ignore the rest of this greuling workout. that tire's probably metric too, huh? geez.

  • hey man i'm taking my CPAT (firefighter fitness test) in december. what kettlebell exercises are most effective for core strength from your experience? i have a 16 lb hammer too love how versatile it is. thanks for any advice

  • The heaviest one you can move with perfect form!

  • This is a real workout dude, I'm in the process of fine tuning my own. keep up the good work.

  • Most Excellent!

    -Mantis

  • great looking workout

  • this looks like so much fun, very creative with the tire

  • Wow! The stamina, power, and insane strength are incredible.

  • what weight is that kettlebell?

    was it expensive?

    please comment back

  • Great refreshing back to the nature-workout!!!

  • Wicked workout

  • Did you make the tire like that or was it built like that? Where could I buy the rope and the waist attachment?

  • The rope is a tow rope, I think 10 feet, with hooks on both ends (video is 2 of these ropes attached together). The tire I got for free from a junk yard, with a ton of other tires, all different sizes. I bought a loop bolt, with a nut fastener also at home depot, then just screwed it through the tire.

Sledgehammers from home depot also, I have from 6-16 p0unders. I walk through Home Depot all the time, just looking for new fitness ideas. Also wheel barrow, sand bags

  • Great shit man. Kudos to you. I love hardcore training like that. Wish you the best in all your training.

  • @PeakPhysiqueNY awesome workout ideas! My buddies and I started doing these things.

  • @PeakPhysiqueNY how did you make the attachment from the rope to shoulders?

  • awesome workout.

  • Wheres the 20lb body vest lol!
