  • @six80ususus I'll give you good form on the deads, but she's not going full range of motion on the rest. Having said that, she's still pumping iron which is awesome and more ladies need to see that lifting weights won't bulk you if you're a woman.

  • The barbell training was less than impressive. Poor lifting technique in the dead lift as well as not locking out the presses. Partial movements are inferior to full movements. And the shoes, those damn shoes! Why do people insist on wearing marshmallows on their feet whilst weight training. Invest in some weightlifting shoes or if they are not in your budget at least use Converse Chuck Taylors. The girl has potential but she is in dire need of proper instruction. .

  • On the heavy press at 1:45, these should be done seated. You are compromising your spine with that much arch. You've been lucky so far. It's going to bite you one of these days. Talk to an experienced trainer please.

  • Agree. Her back was way too arched on the standing military presses and her back was doing half the work on the lateral raises. She was sacrificing form to lift heavier. Number 1 cause of lifting related injuries!

Roddarna hade jag sänkt vikten till hälften och fält ner ryggen till horisontellt eller lägre. Grymma sittande roddar, eller ja, grym rygg på dem iaf :). Ser skitbra ut, ni får åka till ÖKK och visa hur stången skall lyftas någon gång :)
