Invest in some weightlifting shoes or if they are not in your budget at least use Converse Chuck Taylors. The girl has potential but she is in dire need of proper instruction. .
On the heavy press at 1:45, these should be done seated. You are compromising your spine with that much arch. You've been lucky so far. It's going to bite you one of these days. Talk to an experienced trainer please.

Agree. Her back was way too arched on the standing military presses and her back was doing half the work on the lateral raises. She was sacrificing form to lift heavier. Number 1 cause of lifting related injuries!

Roddarna hade jag sänkt vikten till hälften och fält ner ryggen till horisontellt eller lägre. Grymma sittande roddar, eller ja, grym rygg på dem iaf :). Ser skitbra ut, ni får åka till ÖKK och visa hur stången skall lyftas någon gång :)

for the deadlift dont arch/hyperextend your back at the top. stop when your knees and hips lock
also you shouldnt be leaning back on the lat pulldown like that
