People don't need a lag switch to have lag. The Host and his team would always have the best connection against the other team that doesn't have host. The team without host will suffer a significant hit-detection lag of 1-2 seconds. Gears of War 2 needs dedicated servers...badly I might add

they cant ever completely fix this unless they do the host migration thing, where if the connection is being put on hold "standby" the person loses host so it is of no use. or the easier way but cannot solve grenade kills is bring back the error message which was in gears of war 1 which i think would be the best option for a quick resolve :) .
