..its too annoying, i cant understand the purpose of playing a music which is very distracting. I clicked on this video coz i want ot learn photoshop but all i saw is a video demonstrating a photoshop work with a rock music as a background?..what the hell where am i gonna focus my mind?...in the video or music?

the slice tool is only in CS, you must go to imageready.. in cs imageready is integrated in ps, so save your work, open it in imageready and slice it p, ood luck
