  • she looks very nice. have you tried the s&w version?

  • is it legal in alabama?

  • @hbb012 check your county/city laws too.

  • @hbb012 nothing really is!

  • Unleasheth. If you want a durable, usable, long lasting otf your best bet would be to get a microtech or benchmade out the front, double action switchblade.. They are Made of much better materials and use a better quality of steel for the blade. Microtechs and benchmades are generally preferred by those in the military for service use as tools and tacticals knives.

  • Can you disassemble?

  • How much were they and where can I get one?

  • WILSON!!

  • how reliable are these OTF knives? they just dont seem like they would last because they rely on several moving parts and a spring. is the locking mechanism safe? are they good for heavy duty work like camping, hunting trips, survival trips?

  • @thestout77 mostly just for light edc wouldent trust one in the outdoors

  • is it legal in colorado

  • is this knife high quality i mean im lookin for a knife for work in construction so it needs to be durable and sharp and no dinky springs that break easily (every switchblade ive had in the past the springs always break within a few weeks) not lookin for a big knife either but not too small, just a mid size knife maybe a 3'' blade or so. i like the looks of the nato skm military style knife but i hear they are cheap made and not worth the money sooo, any suggestions? thanks

  • what do u do when the blade will not fully deploy?

  • looks like a hobby knife :D

  • Most US knife laws are retarded... -.- An auto OTF works exactly the same. You push the ramp-shaped thing about a cm or so, working against spring tension, and the blade pops out...

  • who makes the better otf speed assist? smith and wesson or schrade?

  • can't stand single action otf's

  • what if that goes off in your pocket

  • @DanAwesomeee Someone wasn't paying attention were they?As the guy PLAINLY said there is a safety mechanism that when pushed will not allow the blade to shoot out while in your pocket!

  • looks a little like a box cutter

  • omfg its forest gump with a knife!

  • legal in canada?

  • @sledderdude1975 yes Canada legal

  • why would that be legal but the other otfs arent...

  • @pjmac88 Because the part you push on is part of the blade rather than the handle.

  • Is this legal in ohio?

  • cool model....I wasn't aware that schrade made this

  • is it legal in california???

  • is it legal in canada?!? i would luv it by i highly doubt it wud b

  • so ugly, and if it does retract by pushing a button then i dont like it, the benchmade infidel is better but so expensive.

  • @HurtWolf The big benefit to this knife is that it's a spring assist knife and not a switchblade. So this would be legal in areas where a typical OTF switchblade would not be.

  • i hate stainless steal

  • another nutnfancy knockoff.

  • I wouldn't trust it. People have shot themselves with the safety on.

  • is it legal in ny?

  • mmm eso realmente importa?

  • wow "stainless steel" you cant beat that!

  • @shonuffisthemaster lul these are usually between 440 HC or aus8

  • @shonuffisthemaster Carbon-stainless steel and/or titanium; lighter and stronger while still maintaining decent anti-corrosion properties. Both pricier than stainless steel though.

  • thankyou loopholes in the law!!!! woo for otf knives!!!

  • oh and idk if thease r leagal my friend bought one an sanfran. CA at a knife shop called webe knives but they were also selling balisongs witch are eleagal in ca ...so if some one is 100% shure that they know thease r leagal please let me know

  • why would you give the name of the shop?thats kinda stupid.

  • becaues he is a colector that shop is alowed to sell them and they have been there for 10 years they have cops walking up and down thos peers he is somehow alowed to sell them and not get in trouble

  • bno assisted knives are not illegal in ca but yeah ur right all the good shit is in arizona

  • haha sorry i ment no but it put bno

  • Comment removed

  • no it cant be over 4 in

  • assists are ca legal

  • there is also a metal tip on the bottom of the knife used for breaking windows.

  • pipe down you little bastard

  • That's one of the best phrases I've ever heard

  • every other word you speak reminds me of tom hanks

  • Is that a good thing?

  • not a good or a bad thing

  • @swordsofmight It's not everyday someone says you sound like a celeb. I would say that's a good thing cuz it's not a 'new celeb.' He's established.

  • @Sloane67665 I'm Forest, Forest Gump

  • Sweeet!!

  • Do you ship to canada?

  • Is there a version with serrations?

  • You forgotto mention that the handle (that little point at the bottom) Is a glass breaker as well. I love this knife. I actually use it in my place of work. I am a mechanic, and it is an easy one handed knife, I cut threw re-enforced transmission lines, and power steering lines. Great knife!!!

  • You are correct.

  • are these OTF knives legal in california?

  • i think they are... some kid on here has one and said it's CA legal. he's a CA resident and bought it at some store in CA.

  • They are.

  • no they're legal, Do some research...

  • these are CA legal.

I used to live there and I had one.

  • Oh I know this model is legal. I was talking about normal otfs and balisongs.

  • how much is this knife on your website.

    will you ship to illinois

  • $39.99

    Yes.

  • im just wondering would this knife be legal in canada?

  • No, they will not pass customs.

  • alright thanks.

  • yes it is. its spring assisted. totally legal, if they seize it, then protest and u can get it back

  • That's a sweet knife

  • I want to get one but havnt decided between Schrade and Smith and Wesson. Which is better?

  • The smith and wesson has my vote

  • Whats better about it? And would their be a store somewhere i might be able to look at it in person?

  • They are both basically the same.

  • Where's this one made? In China and imported by Taylor brands? Personally, I like the Ellenville NY Schrades, back when they were made with pride and quality.

  • It would be extremely helpful if your website listed in which states it would be illegal. E.g. I live in New York, and acc. to the law: "

"Switchblade knife" means any knife which has a blade which opens automatically by hand pressure applied to a button, spring or other device in the handle of the knife.

" and it is illegal. They don't define what "automatically" means, so I am not sure if it applies to this knife, but I don't want to take chances.

  • These are legal in all 50 states.

  • Thanks :)

  • Switchblades are illegal in most places.

  • thats not teclically a switchblade

    its a spring assist knife

    legal in many states

  • @thorcyworcy These are not switchblades. The mechanism is located attached to the blade itself therefore making it a spring assisted knife.

  • @thorcyworcy Yes but this isn't a switchblade

  • i have one and love it.

one of the things i like most about it is that it is very lite weight and still very sturdy.

  • smith and wesson makes one just like that but i dont know which ones better

  • So just because the button travels with the blade instead of being fixed its not an illegal blade? I still think it would be illegal in belgium (where I live) on account of the blade locking in to place. btw, what is the blade lengt?

  • 3 inches.
