It's a footage released for the first time by the military of some UFOs tracking a military plane, and taken by the military plane. There was also an incident where F16s were tracking a UFO in Belgian with several ground radar confirming this. These are facts. If you did serious research, you would realise that in the higher echelons of the military, UFO's and aliens are kept secret and their existence is fact.
