The 1 hour network special from which these clips were taken is a part of the collection "The Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume 2", available through Amazon. In that collection, the specia has been split into 2 parts, the first part on disk 1 and the 2nd part on disk 3.

The clip itself is part of an overall arc of the program, which was to highlight what it was like to "work with" the Warner Bros. characters. In this case, the Bowie "reveals" how he has always felt completely overshadowed by Bugs' to the extreme.

Oh, and the reason I didn't notice any credit is that I do not actually own that collection but do know the source. Was delighted to find the clip. Have ordered the collection and will let you know if they give any credit to the lady.

Like one poster said earlier, it's basically just a Looney Toons 50th anniversary special that he guest starred in. As a matter of fact, I remember this tribute coming on TV when I was a little girl. I think the video was cute.

Don't overthink this. This was a 50th anniversary of Bugs Bunny with a lot of celebrities talking about the characters as if they were real. David's was the funniest.
