Millions have to join, these are OUR REAL issues. Don't get fooled by the Propaganda.

    Baldwin '08

Make our presense Known by voting third Party and we can call their BLUFF...

  • Chuck is inspired. He is like the founding fathers. Vote Chuck 08.

  • I will have to account for voting Clinton twice but I will have no reason to blush for voting for this man on judgment day.

  • The elections are rigged. The US constitutionalists will never vote their way out of tyranny. That leaves, unfortunately, perhaps less than a couple options.

  • Great standing up to the NWO but you cant be 'president' unless you are in the club. Chuck aint part of the club. Chuck wasnt born into the club. Chuck doesnt have the bloodline. The only way to stop the NWO is by completely halting their process. There is no way for some regular guy to get in to the white house and change anything. The whole system has to come down. The system is flawed along with the selected holograms that are PLACED in posistions. Good luck to Chuck spreading the message!!!!

  • THE PROBLEM is the american people not the Club. if we can understand whats goin on and vote on principle than so can everyone else !

there are no valid excuses anymore ! baldwin 08

  • Amen

  • i have been looking at all the third party candidates and hell yeah this guy is the best out of all of them

  • Vote for Pastor Chuck!!!

  • count me in

  • Damn son. This cat has my vote.

  • A real American hero.

  • Chuck is the answer !

  • I LOVE CHUCK!!!

  • how great would it be to watch Chuck in the debates ! Hed win them all , NO WAY obama or Mccain can hold their own this guy, hes intelligent, clear spoken, consistent and a principled constitutional independent conservative !

America needs to hear this mans mssg., we're all being scammed badly and most Americans dont even know who chuck is , what a shame

Tell everyone you know that Chuck is out there and he represents ALL Americans and our Constitution

    GO CHUCK

  • Our Founding Fathers would have loved him too! FREEEEEEEEDOM!

  • George Washington would have endorsed Chuck ! He stands for Freedom, Sanity, Clarity, Character, Integrity and Responsibility

He should be in these debates and its a true crime men like this are not allowed to participate in these SCAM debates, they are a total fraud and staged show

  • Chuck will be the HERO of the century if elected. Our founding fathers laid a path for us to follow. Not to make our own path and or stretch an interpretation of this document. The CONSTITUTION folks. our roots.

This is pretty much our last chance to make this right folks. Shall we falter in this prudent time of precedence. America will no longer be what it was. AND it will NEVER be like it was when you grew up. Is this what our children of the future deserve? Wake up folks! WE NEED YOU!

  • Well said bro, i agree 100 %

  • NO MORE DEMOCRATS OR REPUBLICANS

  • well, then you're the idiot because Ron Paul is against the new world order too.

  • Ron Paul will be appointed secretary of state. If chuck wins. Do you know what this means?? YOU NEED TO DO SOME RESEARCH TOOL BAG.

THE NWO IS A CLEAR AND HAPPING ENTENTE. you need to educated yourself. you are on youtube, why not use it? try the NAU or NAFTA on for size. Then learn about gun control. Just make sure you scoot down to your local arms dealer and pick a few up. oh and don't forget at least a 1000 rounds. Be an AMERICAN! buy a gun! stand up for your amendments. Don't be a FOOL!

  • Ron Paul has justed endorsed this man. What do you think about that?

  • I'll write him in, I was waiting to see who Ron Paul would endorse. I'm enthused about him and will help all I can. Go Chuck!

  • Wait, did he actually say the "N" word? As in New World Order!

    Like it.

  • I'll write him in. If he has Ron's approval, then I have no doubts.

  • Ron Paul has just endorsed Chuck Baldwin for President on Sept. 22

  • i don't like that he refers to himself in third person sometimes. it's weird. but i like him otherwise. he has my vote.

  • It's to get his name out.

  • We have to stand together nothing is going to change if some of us vote Ron Paul and some Chuck Baldwin. Ron Paul has endorsed Chuck Baldwin. Write in Baldwin!!

  • GO CHUCK! End NWO and out participation in the UN!!!

  • He's got my vote if I can't have RON PAUL

  • I agree with a lot of what Chuck Baldwin says except the Social Security system. He wants to do away with it!! I have been paying into that system for 40 years. All those years of having MY MONEY taken out for this & now if he is elected it will be gone! I respect Ron Paul & have been waiting to see who he endorses but I am disappointed now! SO sorry, I cannot vote for you unless you are more specific on how you will pay me back for all the years I had NO CHOICE but to contribute to this fund.

  • You have no money in Social Security. The money is being written straight back into checks, and the money isn't there anymore. It's a fraud, and by supporting it you'll only be placing a burden on us and our decedents that we will always be unable to pay.

  • I think Baldwin is sincere and would not steal from those who have repeatedly paid in-likewise what you and I have paid in 4 decades has been stolen and removed-bankruptcy-bush even went to the files and declared them to be insolvent-so we all need to come together on some of the main points and agree on Baldwin if we had supported Ron Paul-but we MUST check him out -the majority of points he is dead on-and if we do not accomplish shutting down nwo we will all be shut down-unless we r robots

  • The problem with Social Security is that regardless of if we keep paying into it, we won't see any of that money back either way because it's a broken system. The war was a mistake, we should bring our troops home. Social Security is a mistake too, so why should we continue throwing our money away?

  • Ron Paul just endorsed Chuck Baldwin! Restore the Constitution and ABOLISH THE FED!!

  • Chuck Baldwin has my vote!! Say YES to a third party candidate. 2 party system has been used to divide and conquer Americans!

  • Does he mean that new world order which does not exist?:)

  • We want Ron Paul!!!!!

  • NWO...Love the song. Hate the president.

  • Ron Pail 2008!!

  • Ron Pail officially endorsed Chuck Baldwin

  • Chuck is the ONLY candidate that is in tune with the MAJORITY of Americans on taxes, illegal immigration and gun control.

  • I voted for Peroutka/Baldwin in '04.

I think I'm going to get a yard sign....

  • You said it Cletus! That's why I'm voting for McCain. Because he'll give the amnesty to the illegals they justly deserve! And I want a North American Union, because our standard of living should meet Mexico's at an honest equilibrium.

  • yea, COUNTRY LAST

    vote Mccain

  • McBama, Israel first

  • Yes, it will come crashing down on DC. They've already got plan B set up to bury this country in violent and swift fashion if they are to lose power.

  • If he's one of the choices, you'd be a fool to vote for any of those other pawns.

  • I believe so far Chuck will be on the Ballot in 38 States, lets keep working hard to get him on all 50 !

    BALDWIN CASTLE 08

    BECAUSE PRINCIPLES DO MATTER

  • listening to this guy gives me goosebumps in the best way! it gets my blood pumping to hear someone talk about expelling the u.n.

  • If I can't have Ron Paul in 2008, Chucky is my man!

  • This man is the only decent candidate we have to vote for, people. Wake up before it's too late to do anything about our country's downward spiral into oblivion.

  • Exactly. McCain is the adgent for the same liberal politics that we have suffered for over 16 years (under Clinton and Bush which is more liberal who knows.) And Obama is the candidate for a move towards communism and socialism. Bladwin is the candidate to move the country back to the constitution.

  • well said, brilliant observations, i totally agree with what you stated

  • um, lol?

  • In My Opinion, BALDWIN is one of the Greatest 3rd party candidates this Nation has ever had.

Hes a very Honest, Intelligent , Independent Principled Constitutional Conservative. He speaks clearly and never double speaks on any Issues Nor tries to 'spin' anything.

People, you will Never in your lifetime find a More Honest clear spoken Candidate with Honorable Intentions than this Man. He Never tries to have it Both ways and be everything to all .

    This Man is totally Genuine

  • One last thing. If something's broken (the FDA, and I'm not saying for the second that they're doing a particularly good job) you don't just get rid of it, you fix it or replace it.

Let's rate the problem on a scale of 1-10. 1 is no one has any healthcare whatsoever, 10 is everyone is disease free. Right now, we're at 4. Naturally, we want to fix the problem so we automatically assume change is good, but removing the FDA would make the problem a 2. I've hit the character limit, though.

  • I agree with everything this man says in this video.

Very refreshing to hear a politician speak the truth.

  • Please America Vote this MAN in Office NOW save US

  • Look, I understand the FDA may need to be reworked, however to think for a second that we're better off without it is just plain naive.

  • The FDA is only there to help Big Pharma make more money. They don't give a damn about any of us. They very often only use test results given to them by the pharmaceutical companies. Look into how poisonous fluoride and aspartame are for example. Many health professionals have been trying to tell us for years how unhealthy these, and many other substances the FDA has approved are.

  • Wow, just wow.

You talk about these problems, but you offer absolutely no alternatives. Okay, let's say we get rid of the pharmaceutical companies, now who makes the drugs? It currently costs half a billion to push a drug through, who else is going to be able to afford that? Sure, we could make it significantly cheaper by removing the FDA, but then who makes sure the drugs are safe?

  • A free market makes it safe. You hold people personally liable if the product is unsafe. No government to bail you out. You make sure you dot your i's and cross your t's. Duh..that makes sense doesn't it?

  • First of all, drug companies are still responsible for what they put on the market. second, do you really want to take that risk? With drugs currently undergoing the level of testing they do now, I can be sure that even if what I'm taking isn't completely safe, there's still a 99% chance that I'll know all the risks going into it. Sure, stuff slips through the cracks, but for the most part this is well documented.

Without regulation, I have no idea what the risks are.

  • Have any of you guys looked at this guy's beliefs in depth? He wants to get rid of the FDA! For those that don't know what that means, every drug put on the market currently goes through roughly 10 years and half a billion dollars worth of testing, and many do NOT make it to the market because during testing they are found unsafe.

If Baldwin has his way, then drugs will no longer be required to be tested. I'd keep going, but I'd hit the limit.

  • GreatMighty: The FDA is part of the problem and does not protect you. The public is being poisoned with dangerous chemicals in processed foods. When you get sick you are then passed on to the medical community that hasn't been taught how to cure you, just how to treat you with dangerous drugs. It's a vicious cycle that intentionally squeezes money out of you and shortens your lifespan.

  • So, your plan is to help us cure diseases by getting rid of the things that help us? If you think they're doing a bad job now, wait until they aren't there at all! Seriously, if you think the industry is corrupt now, wait until the government has no involvement. Shrinking the pharmaceutical companies only means we'll be getting drugs with less testing and therefore less safeness and efficiency.

  • How many of the drugs we use today are thrown onto the market just to make a quick buck for the pharmaceutical companies? Most of these drugs cause more damage than good and have HORRIBLE side effects.

We are all guinea pigs for these new drugs, most all come back with negative effects and cancer causing agents 10 years later.

We never cure anything anymore, we just make a pill for it. This man wants to fix that. And men like you don't understand.

Now you do. You are welcome.

  • 1. NO new drug is thrown in to make a quick buck. All drugs take a minimum of 9 years to make it the market.

    2. No one makes you take medicine. If you don't think taking medication is worth the side effects, don't take it.

    3. The idea that we have the cure to diseases and aren't using them is just plain ridiculous. What incentive would there be to do that? People spend billions on disease research, if they only care about money, why would they do that when it's cheaper not to?

  • GreatMighty: if your assumptions were in fact wrong, how would you know? What signs might you look for?

  • My assumptions are based on what laws and state and what credible news sources have reported. Your assumptions have no basis on anything. I doubt even Chuck Baldwin himself would be offended if he saw some of the ignorance statements you guys are making in his name.

You can say that these drugs do more damage than good all you want, but it's a FACT that the current life expectancy in America is 76 for men and 80 for women, higher than it's ever been in history.

  • Nevermind. Keep drinking the Cool-Aid kid. You obviously have never had an HMO. You are probably as far removed from the real world as McCain or Obama.

And yes, the FDA is the only ethical agency in our government (a beacon of hope for others to follow), and drug development takes nearly a decade. You are correct.

If they found a new drug that gives an impotent senior a RAGING WEEK LONG HARD-ON tomorrow, we wouldn't hear about it until 2017. You are absolutely right.

    Cool-aid anyone?

  • I'll start with the last paragraph first. Wow, you haven't done the slightest bit, nor made the slightest attempt, at research have you? Let's say a new drug is released to the market tomorrow. That means the drug has been tested behind the scenes for years since it was originally developed. So yes, if that drug had been invented today and there was a market for it, then we the public would not hear about it until 2017. That's an assumption, that's the law.

  • and do you really think these organizations follow the law when there is money to be made? come on now. are you really that naive?

i support the law more than anyone, and the breaking of the law is why the United States is in such turmoil today.

Nice rebuttal, but it doesn't hold water.

  • I assume you didn't read my other comments. Unfortunately there is a character limit, so I can't go as in-depth as I want. Of course there is corruption in the system and laws are being broken, but removing the system isn't going to fix the system. It's like covering your ears and yelling "la la la I can't hear you" The law is being upheld at least a little right now, do you really trust companies to act properly when there isn't even a law to pretend to keep?

  • He's getting my vote.

  • If I were American I would definitely vote for him.

  • Ron Paul had a huge following and its a shame he is not running because I am not happy with the supposed two choices. Would be great if Ventura or Ron Paul was in this thing though.

I am starting to like this guy

  • This is a good man. You would be wise in voting for this man.

  • GO CHUCK!!!

  • Wow, Sounds like he has all 8 people in that room in the palm of his hand

  • You're right. Isn't it strange that only a few Americans are willing to make a stand for Freedom and the Constitution. I guess the brainwashed mass of sheep will continue to bow down to their slave masters. Join the Revolution!

  • you can learn more at the Constitution party website ... also try "The New American " ...for a different view. do your research ...look up the Euro ...find out how Europe likes the NWO

  • i'm dumping bob barr now and endorsing chuck baldwin

  • I can't buy into his position on separatism and abortion. I like his position on border protection and enforcing our laws. Still, there's too much that makes Chuck unvoteable.

  • suu

curious, so then who are you voting for ?

  • Hmm, and why would that be? I do admit that he would have a bullseye on his back from the time he took the presidency, and he would probably cause the economy to collapse in on itself from all the whole sale changes he would make, but lets be honest with ourselves. In the long run, such changes would be beneficial to the country. At least he wouldn't throw us all in fema consentration camps like king george would, and the country would come out stroger like a body builder. My two cents.

  • I agree sir. Anyone reading this should apply for a firearms card just in case and purchase a weapon for self defense.

No doubt the special interests that brought down the WTC would do this if they saw this man as a threat.

I smell another Boston Tea Party coming. Sooner rather than later when they burn our beloved Constitution and come to take our weapons.

    Remember:

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." - Thomas Jefferson

  • Old geezer:

I just saw Charles Baldwin on Lou Dobbs and have just made up my mind to vote this time around. I will look for more on Mr. Baldwin, but so far I think I have found my 2008 presidential candidate to vote for.

  • Nikki

Chuck was on Dobbs show , when ?

  • How do we get the word out on Charles Baldwin as a viable President? He is not a senator, a congressman, a mayor, a governor.....what is he/ and what does he know about legislating change? He talks a good talk but can he be effective? How convincing can he be to the masses? I am not against him but what does he have to offer the USA?

  • Mom,

Remember what the achievable realistic goal is and should be. We must get enough support, buzz and votes for Chuck , so that the media and US election commission MUST now Recognize him as a real viable Candidate.

Then they will be Forced to allow him into the National TV fall Debates for the Next Election, that mean SOOO much exposure, its essential.

we all know NO 3rd party Candidate has any chance of winning, UNLESS they can get into those TV national debates. We gotta build

  • Obama is a fascist. So are the Neo Cons. What you need to realize is that freedom is without control. What you have in either group are controls, based on subjectivist view points, that result in generalities, to prevent freedom in essence. Economy is personified in the attempts to contort freedom, using fear, and to replace it's nuance with "comfort and security" instead of allowing freedom to represent itself. Either party is for greater control--harping upon heart strings in utter sedition.

  • Ron Paul ...

    (Go, Chuck Baldwin!)

  • I really would like him to win. Its to bad he probably won't, because of the brainwashed idiots running around this country.

  • ganon,

Remember the goal, which is get enough votes for Chuck, so that he gets enough support that for the Next election we build enough consensus and Momentum that the Media takes Notice as well as the Election commission is FORCED to include the Constitution Party Candidate in the TV national fall Debates.

Lets just be honest, NO 3rd party Candidate can ever win unless they be included in those debates, so lets make that our 1st Goal ! WE CAN DO THIS DONT GIVE UP

  • I wish it were that simple. Look at Ron Paul. He debated and debated. Yet he was largely ignored by the media. The Constitution might as well say, "We the Sheeple."

  • i agree he didnt get as much attent as the Mainline candidates but he did get a fair amount for being only at 5% in the Primary Polls .

He got ALOT more than Chuck is getting now, theres no quest about that. I didnt say it would be easy obviously, it is and will always be a tough sell, however If you Research the last truly successful 3rd party Candidate to run for National office, 92' Ross Perot who got a whopping 20 % of the Vote in the general election, it was cause he got in debates

  • lmao

  • While I do not want seem I lack pity for innocent people killed by guns in the cities, but it is very rare overall considering the population as a whole.

And by comparison to people living outside the cities whom own the majority of the guns in the U.S in which are responsible,we don't hide them from our kids we teach them how to use them safely.Matter of fact there's more accidents resulting from fireworks on 4th of july than in an entire year with guns.

  • The basis of Social Democracy is to change forms of government without Revolution but by economic and political manipulation.Example war on drugs, connect in Latin America in which the drugs are coming from tells a hint,so the U.S cities are saturated with unlicensed hand guns(coming from?),drugs and crime and guns,so create fear get rid of guns thus disarming Americans,it's a step process that is dangerous to Liberties.

  • I thought Zeitgeist addressing Religion was somewhat misleading and rather out of context of the whole message, other parts regarding the Rockefellers and etc is credible.

It actually goes much further than that. What the Rockefellers have been able to do is keep it all hidden under the auspices of foundations such as 'Fabian" and involvement in Laten America. He studied Social Democracy and follows that belief.

  • Chuck Baldwin > Bob Barr

  • oh i love it. i love it. praise the lord. to bad mostly everyone sucks and is going to vote for obama and mccain.

  • Got that right. DEATH TO THE NEW WORLD ORDER AND LONG LIVE THE REPUBLIC!!!!

  • forbade the Rockefellers, and Morgans of this country from writing laws; that is the job of congress and shouldn't be contracted to outsiders with a self serving agenda.

  • Amen. Your priorities are freedom. Nothing is greater in importance.

  • I don't mean to insult you, but I think you've been brainwashed. It's very simple. Government should adhere to the constitution; protect our borders; stay out of the affairs of other countries unless we are asked to assist; do not tell others how to live their lives; Least of all not the American they work for. No secret societies. No covering up of mistakes. No corporate favors. Abolish the Federal reserve; return the power to issue currency to the govt as executive Order No 11110 dictates..

  • Of course you do. Everyone but you and a few others have been "brainwashed." That's the basic tenet of conspiracy theorists, that everyone else has been mindwarped while they are the keepers of the "truth." Even if that truth is unlikely, impossible, or unable to be proved because everyone else is "in on it."

  • You appear to be willing to sacrifice a few rights under the guise of what you've been convinced is needed to secure our freedoms. In my opinion, that's not only dangerous, but threatening to what Americans like me hold dear.

  • "Those who would sacrifice their freedom for security will find they inherit neither."

    --Benjamin Franklin

  • I didn't vote for Bush simply because I got a very uneasy feeling about him when he spoke, and it had nothing to do with his inarticulateness. It was just a gut feeling. I didn't need anything more and he proved me right. Needless to say, American voters who would seem to know best then, also seem to think they know best now. Their judgment is flawed.

  • Lastly, for you to have made your statement, you obviously haven't done your homework. I suggest you watch, Money, Banking and the Federal Reserve (watch?v=iYZM58dulPE) Zeitgeist by the way, covers this in more detail. Also read at least the first 3 paragraphs of an article pertain to J.F.K.'s Executive Order No.11110 *replace the uderscores in the U.R.L. first...h__p://w_w.john-f-kennedy.n_t/executiveorder11110.htm

  • In addition, based upon your expressed opinion, it's safe to deduce, that you probably also believe that our supposed democratic electoral process hasn't been compromised by a corporate influence who would attempt to sway the outcome via censorship; and in doing so, not only withhold choices from the people, but limit them to only those they deem acceptable. Here's indisputable proof...watch?v=7iW5kOB1pmg

  • It's interesting to note of you Obama supporters, that in addition to his many flip-flops, that his refusal to place the very hand above his heart, that would be used to swear into office, goes ingnored. You're voting for charismatic sales pitches; and by some justification, the acceptance of him by you are not the actions of sheep? I beg to differ. What makes people sheep aside from a willingness to follow, is that they allow their ears to guide them where their eyes refuse to see.

  • 5. Decriminalization of marijuana: While running for the U.S. Senate in January 2004, Obama told Illinois college students that he supported eliminating criminal penalties for marijuana use. In the Oct. 30, 2007, presidential debate, he joined other Democratic candidates in opposing the decriminalization of marijuana.

  • 4. Illegal immigration: In a March 2004 questionnaire, Obama was asked if the government should "crack down on businesses that hire illegal immigrants." He replied "Oppose." In a Jan. 31, 2008, televised debate, he said that "we do have to crack down on those employers that are taking advantage of the situation."

  • 3. The Cuba embargo: In January 2004, Obama said it was time "to end the embargo with Cuba" because it had "utterly failed in the effort to overthrow Castro." Speaking to a Cuban American audience in Miami in August 2007, he said he would not "take off the embargo" as president because it is "an important inducement for change."

  • 2. Public financing: Obama replied "yes" in September 2007 when asked if he would agree to public financing of the presidential election if his GOP opponent did the same. Obama has now attached several conditions to such an agreement, including regulating spending by outside groups. His spokesman says the candidate never committed himself on the matter.

  • 1. Special interests: In January, the Obama campaign described union contributions to the campaigns of Clinton and John Edwards as "special interest" money. Obama changed his tune as he began gathering his own union endorsements. He now refers respectfully to unions as the representatives of "working people" and says he is "thrilled" by their support.

  • Obama has also routinely flip-flopped. What follows are 5 flip flops taken from the Washington Post...

  • Obama is liar; who being Harvard educated, must've been relying on the ignorance of the general public, when he publicly stated, that he had an uncle, who with the help of American troops, liberated the Jews from Auschwitz concentration camps.

Truth be told...the Auschwitz prisoners were liberated by Soviet troops on Jan 27, 1945; at which time, 7000 prisoners, including Anne Franks father Otto, were freed.

  • I know nothing of this man, and only find myself here, because it's been said that Ron Paul (who is no longer an option) supports him; and while I'm not inspired by him as of yet, it's certainly no reason to follow the blind and vote for either Obama or McCain; Particularly not Obama. Here's why...

  • The only thing I don't like about him is he thinks he can win.

  • This country has been held in check byway of the Republicans and Democrats for all too many years. In the end they really dont care who wins as long as it is either a Rep or Dem. They dont want someone on the outside of their loop, some of you will vote for change, as though this were a new idea, but every candidate of the past has the same old rhetoric - "change". We need law and order in this country, we now have little of either. I am voting for this man and tossing the two-party-system!

  • I encourage any who think this man is a radical to do the research I believe he is speaking the truth and wants to really bring our country back to its roots I love my country and I love my children and its obvious the media does not want us to be informed of our choices, that scares me I think the time for change is now or never

  • I am a union electrician and an iraqi veteran and I am voting for Chuck Baldwin

  • I'm voting for Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party. He is the only candidate that deserves my vote.

  • Too much of an isolationist conservative for me.

    Obama/Biden '08

  • How about Obama - Wright 08 ?

The empty suit lightweight Phony and his Vile Bigoted Racist Mentor and close personal friend for over 20 yrs ?

Oh yea, YES WE CAN !

  • I'm satisfied with my candidate's denouncement of Wright. Besides, I'd like to keep church and State separate, and it looks like this guy doesn't care that we have the most firearm homicides of any civilized nation.

And at least I'm not throwing my vote away by going with some obscure messianic lunatic like this guy appears to be.

    So, yes. We can.

  • 2connection is Right, Anyone who would actually vote for an empty suit total fraud like Obama is a Moron. The man offers NOTHING, his speeches are all emotionally based Nonsense, and hes never actually specific on anything.

He is a classic phony conventional politician, and his 20 yr association and love for Rev. Wright speaks to his own personal judgement and Obvious Massive character flaws. He only dismissed Wright when he felt his Political career was threatened. hes a fraud

  • And you're basing that on...? Oh, right. Conservative bias. He actually outlined all of his policies and exactly what he'll do in his keynote at the DNC.

If he's a phony, then why is he leading in the polls? Because you're "smarter" than 100 million Americans? Yeah, right. I'd much rather have Obama then a warmonger (McCain) or an overreligious gun toting lunatic like Baldwin.

And in January, it's Obama that's being sworn in.

  • "If he's a phony, then why is he leading in the polls? Because you're "smarter" than 100 million slaves?"

    -----------------------

    Fixed.

  • Typical conspiracy theorist. Baldwin would only isolate us from the world stage, arm every felon and their grandma to the teeth, and allow anarchy over an established societal order.

This "slave" and the other competent voters of America aren't going to allow that, go back to your mom's basement and try and find out the "truth" without saying anything stupid.

  • Truth is an unwilling slut.

Anything else you and your praised dictator like to force me into believing? I wonder what I can say that can get you so angered that you'll demand my arrest. I know. I can bring up Bill Ayers and your savior can send a swat team to my house.

Your idea of freedom is destructive.

  • There is no idea of freedom, there's only freedom. If you want to stay in our little corner of the world and refuse contact with our neighbors, ignore possible threats, and have the ability to give a gun to a four year old, then Baldwin's your man.

Take your theories and go share them on a 9/11 "truth" website. But your unwilling slut is my belief in honesty over all, and just like freedom, there are no versions of the truth unless you create them.

  • Stop talking about what you don't believe in. Stop talking to statistics and try talking to humans. I don't ignore possible threats. I'm talking to you, aren't I?

  • You have no business dictating what I believe. I'm not talking statistics, I'm talking policy. There's a distinct difference, and it's the policy that will decide how we live as humans and as Americans.

I'm advocating talking to humans, Baldwin is advocating withdrawing from the UN and our place in the world. Make the right enemies. I'm not the threat, John McCain and men like Baldwin are the threats.

    You've just bought into it.

  • Secondly (I'll assume my first point got lost in a coding mishap), you're right that I have no business dictating what you believe. Funny, considering you have no problem dictating what I believe in. However, I do need to keep in mind not to have a God complex. That's Obama and McCain's job.

  • You're half right. McCain claims to be an agent of change even though he helped maintain the status quo in the White House and the Senate.

At least Obama plans on deviating from the failed Bush/Cheney/McCain policies of the past. I vote for Obama because I want something new from Washington without throwing my vote away and giving McCain a possible advantage.

  • My view of a wasted vote is voting for someone I don't want. It's like being a vegetarian and choosing turkey over beef because it's not as fatty. I view McCain and Obama as both being of the status quo. Sure, there are differences and those differences is where your appeal in Obama lies, but to me, those differences are subtle technicalities.

  • Fair enough.

  • By the way, the government has already decide how you and I will live; You just haven't realized it yet. This is something you'd know if you weren't so quick to dismiss a thing as conspiratorial, simply because you either cannot stomach the notions that what's presented is possible, or that the govt you mistakenly believe in, is incapable of it. Seems to me that if anyone has "bought it" it's you.

  • Grasp at something more than straws, then I'll believe you and stop laughing at you.

That's the thing with you "creative" thinkers, you base all your beliefs on anecdotal evidence. I saw Zeitgeist, but didn't see a single credible source for it's claims.

But you'll just say that the "credible" sources have all just bought into it and that the war machine is all-knowing and all-seeing.

Please. Watch "Mystery of the Urinal Deuce," that's the closest to conspiracy theorists that I've ever seen.

  • Unlike Zeitgeist, I don't believe in spreading lies about our safety through fear. As a film student, that piece used a lot of deceptive techniques and seemed more interested in trying to "blow your mind" than actually credibly informing you.

  • your being a film student lends no credibility to your perception. I didn't need Zietgeist to illustrate to me a conclusion that I drew in the absence of it. The media and govt has, regardless of what you believe, been peddling fear in an effort to get the people to concede to things they might not otherwise approve of, and has been doing such for years.

  • Yes, the current Neocon led Government. If Obama hasn't changed any beliefs of his in 4 years, I would be a little worried.

McCain on the other hand has changed beliefs multiple times in the last year, and wants to stay in Iraq and give tax breaks to corporations. A vote for Obama is a vote to unseat the Neocons and the redneck agenda, without giving McCain or anyone else connected to Bush a route to power (Barr and Baldwin included, former GOP members).

  • And I disagree that my status as a film student doesn't give my perception credibility. In addition to creating films myself, I've been taught about the techniques that an untrained eye may not see. Collision editing, diegisis, and single perspective was rampant. It was trying to disorient you into believing it must be true.

I agree with Marcellus when he says about it, "for a film that rails against deception, there's a lot of deception implicit in its creation."

  • And let's assume you're right...to what benefit is it to the creators of the film to distort what you deem as the actual reality?
