drill out the outlet stock pipe with a bi-metal hole-saw (I think mine was 3/4") then dril 2 or 3 3/8 holes in the baffle directly behind the hole you just made..you can then weld the outlet pipe back in if you want..I didn't, because I ended up with an aftermarket exhaust..
@struckus what i just said went over your head there is more restricting stuff inside the muffler because when i took the end of mine off i found 3 tubes inside if you cut that out there is nothing behind it all you do is then put the cap back onto it then you weld it back shut and there is the amazing sound.
@matthewmarrs123 nah man I got ya..if you want to go ahead and tear it all out then it's all good..probably just a lot louder..post up a vid of how it sounds completely gutted..i'd be interested..
hey this sounds like mine, except i have a met, i took a 3/4 inch foot long drill bit to it also, had to re jet though, now it doesn't matter because i have a pe20 on it
you use a metal hole saw to drill out the stock tip..then drill a few 3/8" holes in the baffle behind the hole..opens up the muffler a bit and gives it a nice sound..
what you do is split the pipe and take whatever is in there out and reseal it.

@matthewmarrs123 nah man..it's simpler than that..

Do you lose your gas milage, and is it bad for the engine in any way?... I am thinking of doing this to my TNG Milano 150
