i know it wasnt 87 because i was playing bass for malfunkshun (as they were ceasing to exist) in a basement of an old brick bldg a few blocks from the king dome and had started doing so the same time stone and jeff would practice with andy. they were just forming in late 87.

@originalskillit I find this hard to believe. Especially seeing how Andy himself was playing bass for Malfunkshun..... There were some other bass players, but the understanding I had was that Andy was playing bass, ended up in rehab and then soon started playing with LotW which was nearly all the same guys anyway.... As goes the Seattle scene, so incestfull! :)

@CtrlAltDelete29 Don't pay attention to what kids say about music. I used to say the dumbest stuff and still do sometimes. I love the music dad would play when i was young now. I love this band too and i wouldn't have as a kid probably. I got it at some point. If your kids ever get it, they will like it. Keep feeling young.

I remember this time SOOO Well,But I was in bands in Sydney Australia.Everyone thought FunkMetal was gonna be the next big thing,and you can hear a little bit here[Also on A.I.CH. Facelift:I Know Somethin[Bout You]But There was a band in Australia Called the "Celibate Rifles" and they were FIFTY times as rockin as this,And I love the Bone!Any way the "Rifles" had a song:"Electra Vision Mantra",the second part is EXACTLY like Teen Spirir! It was a GREAT Time for ALL the young bands in the world!
