Why did Capcom give rufus a new Ultra that prevents you from jumping in or actually doing anything from close-mid range? As we can clearly see the dive kick destroys is a mighty weapon even for some with a big hitbox like rufus.

I didn't know you could get Ultra from mid-screen after st. hp > heavy GT. I'm assuming it only works on big characters...
