Who licences these drinking dens? Is it not the Liqour Licensing Board in which the D.C. chairs at the district level and the P.C. at the provincial level. Shame on them and every one else concerned.

Ok fine there is the law aspect BUT those abusing alcohol need help too....it's not a one sided story....it's not all in the guy selling the brew..the truth is if that brew disappeared tomorrow that addict will find a new addiction......so treat these people as well...
