The men appear to be performing part of the new Haka which the All Blacks are switching with the 'Ka Mate' haka. Recognise it from the similarity what I have seen the All Blacks perform.

In New Zealand anyone wishing to use the Haka must have authorisation from the Maori, even the All Blacks have needed authorisation to use it. The new Haka took many hours and expertise to choreograph before it was finalised for use by the team.
