can i just ask anyone austrailian: Is living in austrailia as fun and nice as it looks in kath and kim? because it just looks so lovely. obviously you guys have proper jobs and stuff but still, are there any bad sides to being in Austrailia? because watching kath and kim makes me want to move ther imediately. I live in england. Thanks!

LOL KATH & KIM makes you wanna move to Australia?! :P How so? But yeah, I'd say it's fairly close to reality.

Though I have to admit I really want to move to the UK because of The Mighty Boosh! lol Everything's so open-minded and whacky and androgynous - I'd choose that over the humdrum suburban lives of Kath & Kim anyway ;)

yer it does lol it just looks cosy. And like its really sunny and relaxed there, although they do seem bored quite often. I suppose the UK is pretty open minded, people like oasis, russell brand noel fielding etc make it cool. But Iam still stongly attracted to Austrailia lol, even though i dont know much about it. Also i didnt know you had the mighty boosh over there! we have basically no Austrailian programs except neighbours (which ive never watched) and kath and kim ( which i looove).x

Well, if you feel drawn to our country, then you should definitely visit some time! :) And yeah, I get what you mean about the "coziness".

There's tons of Mighty Boosh fans over here! It has been aired on TV, but people mainly know it through friends and watching the DVDs. We do get HEAPS of British TV though, both comedy and drama. Generally the American stuff occupies the more commercial channels, but on channels like ABC it's mainly British. And I love all of it! :D

@loveRussBrand We do not actually have as much time to hang around the house watching TV and eating as they seem to on the show! Not sure who pays all their bills since Kath and Kim don't seem to work much but they have cars and houses and expensive parties and weddings.

OMG... they cut THAT?! Wow, have times have changed in the past 20 yrs - now with all the skanky ho music videos and Bold & The Beautiful love scenes occupying daytime TV. LOL :P
