Dude i see the weight bench in the background, and you need a 300 lb olympic weight set now the olympic stuff will get u strong bra im benching 135 and im 13 year old.
@haloapa yes. usually if you feel pain, skip a day and start again the next day and continue throughout. dont quit, otherwise it'll be painful to start over again.
@haloapa of course, its normal for your muscles to feel sore after workouts all the time, means you shredded them and there growing bigger, protein and such, eat right :) lol
Nice one. Good vid. I have a total gym and havent used it. I got it out about 3 months ago. Gave up the cigs and started to work out. I cut the rubish out of my diet and i have now lost one stone. Im looking more toned. I feel stronger and fitter and i have more energy. The total gym is a good enjoyable workout. Im 42 but feel better than i did at 32. Total gym is a good piece of kit.
