  • and also you can work on you calves, by just having your toe's at the bottom of the Plate and just have your legs extended and push off with your toe's and there you have it, also do light weight for more reps!

  • squats is hella better exercise than leg press!!

  • I'm going to say don't straighten your legs all the way, because then first of all the weight isn't being put on your muscles anymore, but rather directly on your joints. Secondly, with any decent weight on there, you should definitely have your feet positioned at the top because by going that low, if your feet are at the bottom, you will just blow out your knee aha.

  • good point, but I think everyone locks out at the top.

    I know we shouldnt, the same goes for doing chest presses, but its normal.
