The reason Ep11 isn't out is because this week there was a Gosick special aired instead of a normal episode, so worry not all is fine, if you use CR to watch anime it looks like they didn't even bother to tell anyone (Not surprised there).

In case you were wondering the special was mostly a recap, but has some commentary from the cast and staff, and also has an extended Ep11 preview.
