Those details...the quality of the lettering and proper spelling....the holo mark in the lower right corner...if it clearly states "This card cannot be used in a duel" and if the copyright is correct, those are the details to determine whether this is a fake or not. Can't determine that based on one detail alone.

That depends. There are a lot of real looking fakes out there. The only real way to see for sure is if it says the following:

Up in the top right corner it should say DIVINE

Between the creature picture and the Text box, it should say a set number. What is it?

In the Text box under the creature picture, it should say DIVINE-BEAST

There are a few other things, but with as short as the video is and the effects you put into it, I can't make a precise judgement.
