She's under conservation, she didn't let them ago. It's literally impossible for her to gain full custody of the children, because when someone is under conservation they cannot make their own deisions, let alone have full custody of two children. She let K-Fed have full custody because she did the best she could, she has a few over-night visits and she'll eventually gain more. She's gained the most time she could with her children considering her circumstances.
