this awesome I was just wondering if you did any warm up exercises before screaming. Becuase when I do rehearsals with my band I don't talk for the entire day then when it's time to rehearse I just scream away, and it's putting a strain on my voice.

@niKkIblU3 uhm no i just scream no problem. but when you scream and when it starts to hurt drink some cough medicine and that should help, it helped me when i was first starting to scream now i have no problems:)
