A few technical errors. I was in VF-1 from 1986 through 1989 and worked the line division and admin. First off, we deployed off of the USS Enterprise, USS Kitty Hawk and USS Ranger. All of which didn't have the hull number 78 which is showing on your ship here. Second, why is the tailhook down during takeoff? FAIL. Lastly, the landing just needs to be re-done from the beginning.
No problem is the F-14 is landing at a ninety degree angle to the landing deck. It should line up the middle white line--not off center. The Landing signal officer would wave the plane off and the pilot would've gotten a bad grade(not to be the laughing stock of his squadron)
