alot of our cars our similar... notice the new pontiac G8 GT? they have had the same thing for years... its call the holden commendor... a while back (80's i believe) holden (who is owned by GM) sourced RB motors from nissan, which has made them very popular to tune.

The new G8 GT is a Commodore and the GTO was a Holden monaro (both are also sold as Vauxhall's in the UK)
Most of Holden's older designs are just Opal's and Vauxhall's with agricultural engines fitted in Aus
