@kingflare5 update to 1.4 i belive it is. In campaign you can hire them as mercenaries in the Fangorn forest, while in custombattles the elves can hire them

I`m playing as the Silvan and I have all the heavy units. I`ve had Fangorn for some time but it`s not fully developed. What buildings are needed?

the ents just com if you are isengard or mordor and you take fangorn. then come a movie: the last march of the ents and then there are ents like rebels
