method acting is not teaching or creating a stimuli for impulse and that begins to lack authenticity in work. so method acting is okay but still research stanislavsky or grotowski and look to suzuki training for some hardcore acting training that brings a performer to life. Its very rigerous and really helps create raw emotion through the creative progress ...not getting tired of doing the same "emotion" over and over again.

I took a drama class in school in 7th grade about 4 years ago,( the class was a complete joke though :/ ) but there was one activity we did where we had to act out a scene, and act out objects that weren't actually there, just like this.
