Mah hello can help me with a battery instead give the room a psp and 5 games original originals may not necessarily be the same as yours and contact address juve_mihai1@yahoo.com
for some reason, i made a USB charger similar to this and it ran about 5v and my iphone runs about, i dunno, 4.7? yet it wont charge! what am i doing wrong?!?!?!
Some things don't say they are charging but they really are. Try leaving it plugged in for a few hours to test it. Other then that, I don't have any apple products (And never will) so I wouldn't know, Sorry.
Just wire the positve to positive for wiring it, and for the plug, Mine came with my motherboard as an extra usb port mounted via PCI slot. Check newegg or something, I think I saw one on there before for ~$10
I got one from deal extreme for like $3, that one doesn't have a flashlight plus the polarity I think is backwards so I'm not going to use it until I test it.. Already fried a LED light of mine I think...
Since I'm NEVER going to use standard AAs, I wired it directly. Use a fixed 5v voltage regulator if you plan on using batteries other then rechargeables.
Don't forget standard batteries are 1.5v (6v total) while the rechargeable ones are 1.2v (4.8v total). A USB port is 5v.
Also double and tripple check what side is positive and negative on the USB cable. Use Google to find a diagram. Last thing you want is to short out your mp3 player or device...
i was wondering if i was a direct connection from the battery holders to the usb end or are you running it through some resistors or transformer? please respond i would love to make one
Most of the stuff was hot glued and superglued to keep everything in place, So I can't really take it apart and put it back together. Most I could do is show me switching the batteries but I think everyone knows how to do that.. :p

@ufosorufhoax13 apple are weird and you have to have 1.5v going down the data wire on the USB cable for it to charge
