that guy was at the robots waiting with you, then he steamed off and then had a head on lol. yup that's Sth Africa alright we got one of the highest road death tolls particularly the Christmas season. When I didn't have my car I used to catch taxi's all across Durban and KZN province in general. Geez those guys are crazy in city centres.
