Little help anyone?  I downloaded it, fired it up, and saw the pink/black checkerboard of missing textures...later, i bought Episode 2, installed it, and all the checkerboards were gone, save for the cave opening. I bought Episode today, fired it up, and ALL the checkerboards returned, no textures were fixed and some where randomly lost...I AM IN NEED OF HELP PLEASE

if that no work go to the same place then place it into "addons".

my friend downloaded gmod with no hl2 working so i downloaded hl2 hl2 ep1 and hl2 ep2. is there any way i can put ep 1 and 2 models and materials in gmod cause they are .GFC files

Well actually gmod automatically should load hl2 ep1 and ep2 stuff :D ALL source games materials (exept L4D) and models (plus npcs from hl2 series) gets mounted in gmod! BUT only those you own ofcoarse. This means if you have hl2 ep1 and then start gmod you can play with ep1 stuff in an ep1 map xD YOU CAN COMPLETE ANY HALF LIFE 2 GAME IN GMOD!!! CHEAT AND GIVE YOURSELF ALL CSS WEPS! OR MAKE AN COPTER AND KILL THE ANTLION GUARD!!!!!!!

Too big. I played it and it's too big. With AA 4x, those trees are a propblem.

YES IT IS COOL AND LOOKS GREAT, 5/5 FROM THAT.

But it has performance problems for sure with AA, and propably some people have lag because of the big area when going to the antenna.
