I would have to agree with yamiaainferno, this is a really good trailer!!! I just read the first book yesterday in one sitting! I can't wait to read the second one.
I think one reason would be that Frank Beddor is waiting for Tim Burton's Alice movie to come out first. If LGW started putting together a movie now it could be a bitter rivalry between both films. I visit the page on the website often. I think they're starting to look for cast members. I don't think it's a bad idea to put a resume out as well. Just in case there's a specific character you would like to play as.
