  • never, ever, seal an empty bath, simples,I used to do this for a living,'til I took a silicone gun to knee!

  • 5 pound plus petrol and travlin time job done......

  • Not that great a finish. I use a Cramer Fugi kit which is brilliant for cutting silicone angles. Sorry this isn't the best way to achieve a good finish around a bath or shower.

  • what my teacher would say to me if he saw anyone doing this is, Cow boys loool

  • What is with all of this criticism. For those of whom had criticized, if you could do better, then you would have done so.

  • hahaha nice fuck up....

  • what the fffffffff could of done 4 bath in the time he has done one

just use masking tape cheeper quicker.

  • Looks easy in the video. Try doing it in the confined space of a shower. Waste of time - NOT worth the money. Just do it the traditional wY or get in an expert.

  • this is just lazy.

  • you can purchase the corner tape sealant and tool from city plumbing, plumbcentre or any other plumbers merchant much cheaper than B&Q

  • Where can i buy that corner tape? iv tried wickes B&Q website with no luck?

  • Should've used a dark coloured bath/..

  • Good tool, Fill the bath first though

  • @mattblia

Fill the bath first? Should i actually do this?

  • @HappyHammer1895 Yes because the bath will drop slightly when full of water. If you dont fill the bath you run the risk of the seal being broken when you get in the bath.

  • that looks really good, im off to b&q to see if they sell some of that stuff.

ill comment again if it works! I have to seal every year so maybe this will be my last one ever!

  • @osinamea Buy a mould resistant flexible sealant next time and you won't have to reseal every year.

  • great idea using tape for the corners, thanks a lot, brilliant

  • Great way of doing it but what the guy forgot to tell you was to fill the bath up first so the silcon expands.if you do it with no water in when you fill the bath up it expands stetching the silcon and pulls it from the wall or bath in time.

  • WOW THESE GUY SOUNDS EXACTALY!!!! LIKE JONH LENON!!!!

  • where can i purchase Cornertape in usa. is there a website?

  • Txs!
