no, TW series are totally different, those are turn-based strategies with real time tactics. Have you ever played Europa Universalis or anything similar like Hearts of Iron, Crusader Kings etc.? These games are political real-time strategies, with focus on state management. I enjoy both TW and EU type of games, though I find them as totally distinctive.

@kennykyle133 I got it off of steam, I think it's the Expansion, cause I got the gold edition and it came with Rome and Vae Victis.
