Thanks for the upload. Neat that Bioware allows for so many different possibilities to affect the ending, even though this one basically makes no sense at all, and you can just decide to have stabby-time with a complete stranger. Also love that the O.W. doesn't even know who Flemeth is.
You could interpretent that the O.W. was sent to stab Morrigan. (She does say that she was sent to find Morrigan, but doesn't reveal the reason. Why not to kill her?)
And I choose the "Who is Flemeth?" option too, just to see the reaction :p

@Uberleet123123 It's from a mod, but it is only for humans. My first character was a elf, but I wanted to use to hairstyle anyway, so I changed Morrigans. After that, I didn't bother about changing it back.
the fact she fell into the alluvian gives a good hint she might have not really died.

@ultimatekotorfan Morrigans clothes are the "Morrigan Ashes Inspired Robe" from Dragon Age Nexus.
The Warden is just the Battledress of the Provocateur I think
